Everything! The location was superb. Our rooms were at the side of the hotel next to the Pan Pacific Suites.

Room service was a bit slow. Every time, we asked for ice it took 15 - 20 minutes for the ice to arrive!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was welcoming. The location was great. Only five minutes walk to Pavilion and 1 minute walk to Sungei Wan. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices for everyone! The room was big and we appreciated the free upgrade :)

We were there during the Chinese New Year and while they tried their best to accommodate everyone at the main breakfast place, it was so packed that we had to go to their member's club for breakfast and there the food offer was very limited.

Location in the centre of action, many mallls and eateries within short walking distance, plus public transportation stations.

Front desk was a mess, there were confusion from the day i checked in until i checked out, they could not figure out what is paid and what is not paid. They insist there is no system failure but somehow could not get my payment sorted. Perhaps it was CNY bugs, but being an experienced 5 star hotel should not be so easily overwhelmed by the surge in workload.

Super Lage, nahe an den Restaurants und Bars von Bukit Bintang, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Der Pool! Eine richtige Oase in der Stadt! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Kleinere Mängel in der Organisation. Deposit bei der Kreditkarte wurde zwar geblockt, konnte dann aber bei den Bars im Hotel nicht genutzt werden. Handtücher wurden teilweise nicht komplett erneuert. U. ä. Alles Kleinigkeiten die den Gesamteindruck kaum trüben und auf Nachfragen schnell behoben wurden. Leider hat uns der im Hotel bestellte Airport Transport am falschen Terminal abgesetzt.

Excellent location: - Walking distance to Pavilion, KLCC, TRX. - Accessible to most places via grab and taxi. - Easy access by foot to food places near Bukit Bintang. Decent breakfast. Suggest to add more choices for the Sushi and Western food/dishes.

Room is small and smoggy. The vent are dusty - can see the pollution in the air. Open wardrobe is unpleasant since it was fitted in the WC. Odors and bacteria can get trapped in the fabric/clothes. Suggest more Astro/TV channels? Fire drill exercise in the middle of the night i.e. 12.45 am - no notice given?

The hot water system was very unstable. Water temperature suddenly went up (which was SUPER hot) for many times during shower which made my shower time uncomfortable. The room door could not completely closed. The gap makes the room no soundproof at all.

Location is brilliant if you want to be close to the hustle of Bukit Bintang. A showe walk away maybe 5-7 minutes you are there. A brilliant mall accross the road with lots of foot stalls, shops barbers, dentist. You name it. Lovely go karting place for kid and adults. Went on with my kids and it was brilliant fun. The pool is lovely but not heated. Perfect for a city hotel. Nice coffee shop and like everywhere in Malaysia very fairly priced. Overall for me brilliant. Defo worth a stay especially in KL. A 20 minute walk from the KLCC, 17-18 KL tower. Saloma bridge 25 min walk. Easy to get a taxi all over round the hotel. Pavillion a 10 minute walk.

The reception staff are unwelcoming , need more training. They tried to charge me for lunch tea that I didn’t even have. They were so unprofessional. The chubby bloke laughing with 2 girls while I am standing there between themselves. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional

Newly renovated hotel so it's nice and comfy. Some front office staff are friendly and professional. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are responsive.

Bedroom and bathroom cleaniness are generally not as clean as expected. Tap water at basin and shower is too hot if you don't managed well. Not enough of socket for charging of phones. Minibar is not cold enough. Location is too congested with traffic jam. The lobby is at lower ground which is 1 floor above the street level so have to have to push the luggage going up the slope if walking from Jalan Imbi. Grab car pickup often stop at the wrong pan pacific lobby before reaching parkroyal collection lobby.

Location was good, hotel overall was clean and nice.

Customer service was poor, especially the bar near the pool. Inconsiderate other guest allowing minor children run amok in the hallways at 4am in morning and no security in sight to handle the situation.

Bathroom shower takes some time for water to flow on the floor. The room arranged need to go through a walkway with a little of mold smell due to poor ventilation on the walkway.

House Keeping needs a little work. No towels in room on checkin, informed reception & towels were brought up. Next day after room cleaning towels gone again. Third day, room cleaned but cups left behind uncleaned.
