Friendly staff. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Good location in Montecatini, easy to walk from station, close to park . As it was raining one evening we ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent and really good value.

Furnishings are a little dated. Hairdryer was poor.

not much. the beds had bugs and i was bitten every night. I complained to receptionist and they did nothing to change my room.

the room was not nice and it was very dark. the breakfast was cold every morning. the coffee machines were dirty.

Room was big, with 2 bathroom and cleaned. Location very good. Everything is close and train station also reachable by foot.

Breakfast varieties bad. For 4* hotel and the price it should be better and more quality breakfast. The hotel is old style, so don't expect something modern . Also pool looks so dirty and small, not useful so much. This price should provide more.

the property is situated very well the value for the money is excellent breakfast is of good value, I was very pleased with fresh pastries every morning! good coffee. we had a huge suit for our family and it was just excellent staff is great! reception staff is very helping and accommodating-thank you

the only thinks for me would be to just restore the hotel a bit! it has a great potential and the hotel itself is kept in a very old Italian style which is great!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant, big rooms, lots or parking spots on the street, good gym.

Pool area and rooms were very dated and could use some renovation. Room AC barely worked and the room got very hot during night even with the AC turned to coldest setting. Toilet didn't flush every time and flushing got stuck open frequently.

Excellent staff and food. Nice poolarea. Lovely old style hotel and a very nice hotel room with with three beds in two separate rooms. Shower and a nice bubblebath.

This is no 4 star quality anymore. Old hotel, bad maintenance and staff attitude doesn't fit the quality.

Hotel is not as good as described on booking, we would not give 4 stars. No Sauna even mentioned in the description.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of things to choose from.

the corridors are painted so dark. it was a little claustrophobic.

It was right in the center of the city. Hte bathroom was ok. Shower cabin very large.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room was really cold. The shampoo is low quality.Breakfast was poor and I also found hair on the cheese plate. Orange juice and coffee also kinda bad. You could hear a lot of noise from outside. Can’t complain about the staff.. but according to the price and the stars that the hotel have.. it was bad.

This is a large hotel, we chose it by chance on the way, because there are a lot of hotels in this town with thermal springs and all were available. Then I studied the history of this city and realized that the thermal complexes cannot provide a sufficiently high-quality service, so this many large hotels are not in demand. We liked the conditions at the hotel: bed, bed linen, breakfast, late check-out.

All was nice. There are no free parking places close to the hotel, do you need to pay in a street machine or look for a free space which is probably not too close.

Their hospitality was excellent..The staff are nice and approachable..☺️

the location, the decor, the big size of the hotel, loved the lobby. great water flow in the showers!

we got too small of a bed for a queen size. quite short and narrow. also the noise isolation was poor - we could hear the guest in the neighboring room coughing, so he probably heard our baby crying in the middle of the night.
