La finca es preciosa y todo está perfectamente mantenido. La habitación súper cómoda y agradable.
Que la piscina estuviera abierta al público hasta las 18:00h. Se llenaba de familias con niños y se perdía la calma del entorno.

Loved the restaurant and the food there was great. Staff were excellent and friendly.
The accomodation was just ok, felt like it needs an upgrade. A couple of things stood out, hot water seemed to have a limit, early morning it was fine, late afternoon/evening not existent. The room lacks basic things like a kettle, some glasses to drink from, wifi was average had to sit in certain parts of room for connection. I didn’t think it was worth the price paid for the accomodation received, has potential to be excellent with some upgrades.

Resort-like location. Very nice swimming pool. Nice restaurant. Great location close to highway. We did not go to the seaside but used it to go in and out of Palermo. And it worked just fine.

Grounds are well kept and are very pleasant - except my comments about the swimming pool below. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was good but the management was quite chaotic. Room was clean and spacious.
The swimming pool is not just for the use of the guests at the agriturismo. On Saturdays and Sundays it is impossibly crowded as families from the area can just come and pay to use the pool, they stay all day and there were no sunbeds available around the pool and the pool was overcrowded. It was 40 degrees plus and this was a a really negative point for us as we had chosen a hotel where hopefully we could relax around the pool and it was noisy and chaotic. When my son and family arrived they could not use the swimming pool after 5pm because it had been let out for a private children's party. There is nowhere to have an aperitivo or drink other than the restaurant. Shower had sealant peeling off it and looked as if it needed replacement. No pool towels. Bare minimum of shower gel and shampoo. No water provided in room -no mini bar in room. Breakfast 10 euros per head was poor.

Has the potential to be amazing but lacks the finishing detail. Rooms could be lovely but didn’t have the finish. Food delicious, but restaurant very quiet when we were there. Pool good but the seating lacks thought. Pretty gardens but a bit unkempt

Location was very nice and the room was pretty.
The check-out wasn’t exactly nice, we were asked to leave our room earlier, and as they already have early check-out times, it wasn’t pleasant. And I had to look for someone in the breakfast rooms to make a check-out, because no-one was at reception.

The location was nice, the accommodation is surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. Although due to rain we did not use the pool, it looked nice.
We stayed here only for one night before leaving Sicily and unfortunately it was a rainy day so we could not take advantage of the pool which looked nice. We were disappointed by the staff which did not seem welcoming at all. They were not rude they just seemed like they just want to get over with introducing us to the property as soon as possible. We expected more hospitality from agritourism stay.

located just outside town. you can easily walk to train station (although there’s no pavement on sort of the route and there is an incline) great to then take Train to Palermo - about 23mins
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms spacious and very clean. Good bed and very quiet. Had a lunch and dinner. Both of excellent. large portions, great wines and great staff serving.
Pool was closed but very early in season but could still use the sunbeds.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant of the accommodation was very good and we were treated in the best way possible by the staff. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed, the breakfast, the pool, the air conditioning in the apartment, the closeness to the beach and café.
Non-functioning electricity for oven, missing of kitchen cleaning utilities, emptying of trash and new towels only 2 times in 5 days, no cleaning of floor or making of bed sheets whatsoever, no functioning corkscrew for wine.

Location was superb, just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The pool was great and the staff were excellent. The walk to local restaurants and train station was not too far.
The local Supermarket was a 40 min walk away. The Wifi in the apartment was non existent and mobile signal was not good either. The local beach was not great either.

The villa is beautiful, the trees, the swimming pool, the rooms and the restaurants they all look fantastic. The location is only good if you have a car, if not, go somewhere else because the sea is impossible to reach by foot (and the few beaches that are moderately close by are closed and require an entry ticket).
The location is really not good if you don't have a car. There's not even a supermarket in the surroundings. I also would have liked the breakfast to be included.

The place is very charming, beautiful old buildings, amazing atmosphere and wonderful scenery, great pool, a pleasure for the eyes to wake up in there every day. Good breakfast and attentive service at breakfast. Parking facilities, very comfortable, and any issues we had were quickly fixed.
- People not always available at the reception, sometimes you have to go and find them- did not feel very warmly welcomed, maybe the language barrier
- Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced for what it was, given that you can already get something nice at the local bakery for 5 euros. I expected something really fantastic for that price with a broader range of local products, especially since it was an agroturismo.
- Wifi not very strong
- The flipside of this kind of location is you will need a car to reach places where a bit more happens

This place was everything we wanted out of our vacation! We loved how quiet the grounds were. Food was excellent! We will be back.
I thought Breakfast was included with the initial price because the location was advertised in America as a B&B. But it was no big deal.

Beautiful old farmhouse and Villa set in a farmyard surrounded by fruit trees. The staff and especially Daniele went beyond expectations regarding service and made our stay even more worthwhile. The restaurant serves fine dining creative dishes for very good value.
The terrace shown in the photos is not longer accessible which was a real disappointment.

It's a beautiful agriturismo.
Surrounded by Olive trees, orange and lemon trees, the place is simply beautiful, clean, peaceful. We had a spacious room, and enjoyed a quiet swim in the pool which is also surrounded by olive trees. There is free parking space, and la Rotonda restaurant is at walking distance overlooking the sea. A truly Sicilian feeling. The Ukrainian housekeeper is lovely and we wish her all the best in this turbolent moment. All the staff is helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
We didn't eat here but because we didn't have enough time.
Nothing to do with the agriturismo but disappointing and sad to see overspilled rubbish by the seafront and pavement.

Beautiful property with extremely comfortable rooms. Superb restaurant with creative and delicious dishes, good selection of wines and an excellent waiter ( whose name I didn’t catch) who was friendly, helpful and attentive and even brought the chef out to explain a couple of the dishes to us.
