THE room was nice And cosy. Beautiful decorated. We got a room with a magnificent view of the town square. The hotel itself was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. Check in And check out experiance was excellent.

The air con wasn’t working. It made a night into a living hell as it was very very very hot outside. No coffee, just tea. The water that was left in the room in resuable bottle tasted funny- we did not like it.

Would be good if pillows were of natural filling material

No air conditioning and no fridge in the room, very poor maintenance in the bathrooms. Breakfast 40PLN- 10euro for plate of porridge?! AND restaurant closes at 8 pm which leaves you hunting for food in the evening as majority of public restaurants close at 8 as well….

it’s a beautiful property where we have stayed many years before and loved it. Fantastic location, big bright rooms, with walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and is full of character and history, has a sunny restaurant as well as a garden with Al fresco eating area. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception were excellent, they spoke good English and were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. It was also a good value for the overall experience and the location.

The hotel has lost its four star feel… our bedding and mattresses were of a poor quality, and the bathroom finish shabby but not chic. Breakfast offer was disappointing, with five set combinations, but no real choice. We were told that the hotel has just changed its owners and that they were planning to make changes. I do hope they will consider upgrading it and making it worth a four star status. Consider good quality cotton sheets, world standard and size of pillows and covers. Guest slippers ( I was wearing socks to walk around our room), dressing gowns, good quality curtains, high standard of finish throughout. Varied menus and more on offer… We would love to see the hotel do really well. Saying all this, Vincent has been and will be our first choice hotel as there is something very special about it. Brekfast like all food was great , very solid selection - each serve with very nice plate composition . Restaurant really nice. Super friendly staff , good sense of service : not pushy , helpfull - nothing was the problm for them , everything could be customise or adjusted to customer need- We love that . All dishes serve with modern twist , taste great , looks delicious on plate.
