didnt mention on booking .com that there would be additional charge for overnight car parking at £14 all it said was there maybe a charge ! why didnt it tell you the charge and leave the maybe bit out, they must know if the hotel charges!! £14 for one night total rip off! why is there a charge, it should be free like most other hotels you stay in , you dont get charged for parking!! the toilet didnt flush very well, no plug points near your bed, the sink plug didnt secure sink , the water all drained away, tv very small. room was abit dated , all in all not a patch on premier inns!

Breakfast buffet was very good. We also ordered pizza from the bar, and it was delicious.

Not the property, but the shuttle bus driver to the airport was very upset that we had a couple of slices of our pizza in our backpack.

Comfy beds, very friendly check in staff, great breakfast, good for an overnight stay before an early flight

Family suite had a double bed and fold out couch but the couch was barely big enough for my 6 and 9 year old sons to share. Smallest sofa bed I’ve come across on my travels throughout UK and Europe

Breakfast is included for everyone, and starts early in the morning. Clean and tidy room.

It’s so unbelievably hot in the rooms, the air conditioning does nothing. 25°C indoors is, for me at least, far too hot to sleep

Staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was a nice size. The shuttle service to the airport was great, and the restaurant had some good meal options.

We couldn't change the temperature of the room so it was really hot which meant we couldn't sleep. The instructions on the air con didn't work.

Very fast link with the airport

Lack of communication effectiveness by the receptionists: they didn't tell clearly that I should have communicate the plate number to not be fined by the local police for the parked car. I think this is mainly due to inexperienced personnel. I sent also a mail to ask help for fine cancellation, receiving no answer. High costs of vending machine products and airport link as well. Lack of signals in the parking area, telling that it is a pay parking. The food quality is well below average. I would not suggest this hotel

Handy with the shuttle to the airport. Great that it is a 24 hour reception as we were very late arriving in the early hours of the morning.

Location for stansted is excellent , early breakfast available from 4am.

Cleanliness. The room was tired, carpets have brown stains and hairs on the bed and old stains on the sofa bed. Mattresses were also poor on both the bed and sofa bed. £14 to park at the hotel you are staying in for one night is disgusting.

Breakfast was not great. Bacon I couldn't cut it let alone chew it. Sausages were cheap. Everything was lukewarm at best. Food in restaurant was overpriced.

Staff fairly friendly, the facilities were good. Lighting. Liked the size and facilities in bathroom. Breakfast served early, so handy for those flying early. Shuttle bus service so helpful.

Lots of dust on and behind TV. Found a pin on the carpet. Would be nice to have a little fridge for the price you pay.

The location was great for airport travel, it was very easy to get to our parking and the terminal from there. The staff were friendly.

The room smelt awful, although there was no visible dust the room just felt dirty, especially the carpet and the walls. I would not stay here again for that reason.

Der Transfer mit dem Bus war prima. Mit der Linie 19 sind wir für 4 £ in ca 7 Min bis zum Hotel gefahren worden. Lage TOP, wenn man zB sehr spät ankommt & nicht stundenlang fahren möchte. Beim Frühstück gab es glutenfreies Brot und eine gute Auswahl an Alternativen, falls man das typische "English Breakfast" nicht mag.

Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht zu erkennen. Alles verstaubt, schmuddelig und selbst am Bettlaken Flecken unbekannter Herkunft. Das war eher so "meh" - habe mit langer Hose geschlafen, sowas lasse ich nicht an meine Haut. Am Teppich in den Gängen lauter komische Flecken. Habe dieses Hotel nur aus Not gebucht. Nochmal muss das nicht sein.
