There was nothing at all to like about that nonsensical property

Waited for atleast 40 minutes for checkin and after that also no one was clear by when rooms could have been allocated. Before us even, there were almost 50 people waiting for their turn????? Total disgusting... Be it property, staff, service, attitude etc etc

Nothing except the location

Had to wait almost 1 hour 15 minutes for check-in. After getting into room found several issues related to cleanliness, the washroom was not checked and cleaned after last checkout. After waiting for almost 2 hours and almost 8-9 requests for room change. At 4-4:30 pm finally got another room which was also similar to last. But i managed and adjusted myself for the day. In the midnight there was a power cut of approx 1-2 hours. The AC in my room was cooling like 16 degrees when i set it on 32degrees. So solution provides for AC issue till my checkout. I don’t know how this is under HYATT.

I stay only one night stay and that’s horrible

Just stay one night and that’s horrible they just put Hyatt brand name but service is suck . Staff is not friendly and all night kids screaming

Breakfast was good, everything was fresh except dry fruit which was not good at all, particularly walnuts & almonds.

Room Service. Swimming Pool. Swimming costumes were not also available, Although all the elevators were functional, I found all the doors leading to all the floors closed while I try to reach my room at 7th floor taking stairs which could be dangerous in an emergency.

management are very bad specially front office my check in time 2 pm but they provided room 2.40pm reception satff very caseless

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view was fine . The checkin staff was very courteous and professional.

The bathtub would not fill with water the stopper seemed to be nonfunctional. Also there was no hot water in the taps. There was nothing in the minibar. At the breakfast most food was cold and not heated.
