Great location

The staff was not very attentive, the breakfast buffet was terrible - most of the food was cold. There was a conference while we were there, and it seems as though they only put food out once early in the morning, by 8:30 everything had been picked over. The few items left were cold.

Great hotel with a big pool and beautiful views from the rooms. very helpful staff that arrange our airport transfer and even helped us when the airline lost our luggage.

this was by far the most expensive hotel i paid in my stay in Medellin $400.00 dols for the night and according to the hotel i was getting a suite with the best view to el Poblado which was totally a lie the view i had was nothing but AC units with no view at all the hotel and staff were nice but defenitly not worth the money i will not stay here again

Good location, easy check in, good Gym, easy transport

I have been a client for many years and the hotel has decreased significantly its food quality and level of cleaning. Unfortunately room floors and bathrooms had very poor cleaning with stained toilets, common bathrooms in the lobby and bottom floor had very poor cleaning, with no hand soap available for 3 days in a row, paper cans full...Fogon de piedra restaurant food quality is poor with greasy meats and poor quality cazuela and poor risotto. Staff seems to be very new and untrained, during checkout we as well got overcharged and had to reverse a transaction and provide proof of inital booking price..quite complex. Our room was not cleaned the first night and a suite was provided as compensation but still, a lot of work to be done! Breakfast is good and saves the day, gym facilities are great.

The staff was AMAZING the hotel was were clean our room was great [big and clean] The bed was also great we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was OK not the best the egg's were warm at best, the coffee was also just warm no bacon or potatoes could have been much better with a bigger selection for breakfast .

The location was great and the food was delicious.

We had a problem at check in. They did not have our room available and at check out they were charging me for an extra night and I already had paid for the stay in full.
