the property was huge. maintenance was good. staffs are well behaved. food was ordinary

the approach road was terrible. vicinity was not good. time taken to go to Darjeeling was too much.

The view of the property is mind blowing. I mean, waking up straight with the view of Kanchan-jangha was surreal to us. The view and comfort of the property is perfectly augmented with the SUPER FRIENDLY staffs. special mention to the restaurant- the food was amazing and they will make food as per your recipe.

it’s like 8-9 KMs away from Darjeeling City Centre which costed us a bit to travel back and forth to the city.

One of the staff was rude to us. Didn’t help us at all. I had to cancel our whole train ticket because of him. Was not quite happy and very far from the city. without cab you cannot go anywhere. For elder people it’s hard for them to go around. And apart from hotel food nothing is available.

Spa services were good.

1. We arrived to dirty floors, no tissues, no towels, bathroom exhaust non-fubctional. 2. One of the rooms didnot have kettle and water bottles. 3. The road to hotel is very narrow, only 1 vehicle can pass at one time.. so a 5 min drive can take upto 30-45mins 4. Buffet dinner is a rip-off for the quality of food. 5. Overall not a pleasent stay.

The ambience of the hotel . It was extremely relaxing.

The breakfast was not upto the mark. The varieties and the preparation of South Indian food was not satisfactory. The approach road and the management of traffic on the same is pathetic. I was about to miss my flight as I got stuck for an hour in the approach road.

The location of the property is good, rooms are well maintained, but the walking area behind has all the garbage dumped uncovered , which makes it stink and lot of flies. I would suggest to have the garbage area covered at least as people walk around the property. I would suggest to have some air freshners in tbe rooms , either the electric ones or something becuase the bathrooms smell damp.

Bathrooms smell damp and very less light. Makeup mirror in bathroom is required. Please cover the garbage area behind , near the parking , which is part of the walking way designed at the property

4 People I would like to thank for their exceptional hospitality is Chef Manoj.....Room Service guys Arun Thapa, Pramod, Subham. These people made sure my 2.5 year son got homely food and he didn't fall sick having any outside food. Exceptional behaviour

Food menu and lunch ...dinner & breakfast timing. They had rigid timings for all and you cannot order anything anytime apart from those timings.

It’s old and very filthy. The shower is very deplorable and dirty. They left behind buckets and stool and some hair and is moldy all over. The guy that cleans doesn’t have clean equipment to clean the bathrooms and room. Towels were filthy and humid. I had to asked them to changed the sheets and bedspread you can see the hair and other stuff from previous visitors.

If they have a better system to find your reservation. The employees are clueless on how to use the computer and find your reservation you have to showed that you have an email confirmation otherwise you are in trouble. They came to my room asking me when I will leave. The only Restaurant in the premises only operates for breakfast and dinner so if you comes late you have to wait until open for dinner. They only provides with snacks. The hotel is very small and is very dirty in general. Old sheets and towels. The rooms are not vacuum Only mop with a filthy mop.
