Excellent hotel with wide green spaces and great view on the volcano. The new rooms (suites in 700s) are spacious and modern. The hotel staff and manager are very helpful and get out of their way to make the customers happy and satisfied. Highly recommended hotel, definitely will be back to same hotel again. Beautiful resort peaceful and great break fast . They have horse back on side love those horses and ride is my high light of my trip .

the staff is very friendly, the property is huge. there’s even a stable where our daughter could do horse riding. the food is good. the jacuzzi is hot but unfortunately bubbles are broken and don’t seem to be fixed. there are two kids pools and one half Olympic pool, so it’s nice for families. family suits are good, but I would recommend to take the junior suite superior if you like a bit more luxury.

the breakfast could vary a bit more, but if you like meat you will like it. some things like the jacuzzi are broken.

Breakfast not soo good would have liked a choice of different quality bread …extra charge for a fried egg and fruit pretty limited

Nice and quiet place

This hotel was a perfect getaway. The room was a good size with good facilities. The breakfast was ok but the evening meals were delicious and at a reasonable price. The best thing about this hotel is the location...it’s teaming with wildlife. You don’t need to go to the national parks...they have it all here in abundance. We saw sloths, crocs, iguanas and an amazing array of birds.

The pool area could do with a bit of attention.

Service was extremely slow, and I had to ask for things numerous times. Front desk took forever to get towels. Way to far from any attractions

the breakfast is wonderful, the staff very friendli and a absolute highlight is the bird feeding in the morning. A good hotel to stay.

Very spacious hotel with nice gardens and many available activities. The staff is excellent and the owner is on site most of the time.

The rooms are pretty old and all the AC units in rooms and public areas are very old and noisy.

Driving/road within the property was pretty poor- large pot holes & uncemented making unfavourable driving conditions especially in the rain

Large room with balcony. Shower with good water flow. hot water. The room has air conditioning and ventilation. Shower towels and pool towels. The hotel has a huge jacuzzi with a gorgeous view. The dining room staff is very helpful and provided us with vegetables and hot chocolate for the children.

No wifi signals in the rooms (215. 211). Location- a bit far from the city. 40 minutes drive from the natural hot springs.
