Beautiful place on the beach Very gorgeous As a VIP member not only did we not receive a welcoming drink but there was not even any complimentary water or tea Although it said there was complimentary things such as local chocolate there was nothing It actually looked like the room was used before us snd not resupplied and when I asked the front desk person she said this property doesn’t come with it I was not impressed with their service But the property was in a beautiful neighborhood

Gorgeous place!

Beautiful property with everything we needed. We stayed onsite for our entire three days and were pleased to do so. The property was very clean and well- maintained, and the food was incredible.

Hidden gem in Playa Hermosa. Maybe the closest beachfront hotel to LIR airport (30 min). But when you arrive, it is like walking into Jurassic Park with all the mature trees and lush, tropical landscaping flowers. Checkin was fast and efficient. Manager took our luggage to the room which was a short, well-lit paved path from the lobby. Ample parking in a 247 guarded lot directly across road. Very secluded area. No other hotels or restaurants immediately nearby. That would be the only negative but a short drive or wade thru a shallow creek emptying to the beach puts you in mid-town Playa Hermosa with lots of pizza joints etc. We opted for eating at their restaurant. Simply divine cuisine. Prices like US but worth it. Watched the sunset before dinner next floor up. Banana daquiri with dark flor de cana rum, yumm yumm yumm. My better half enjoyed a strawberry mojito faster than I’ve ever seen her toma una bebida. Music at the bar and restaurant was a nice mix, not boom-boom loud and easy to talk over while hearing an instrumental of Hotel California etc. Family friendly area. Beach is gentle waves in a protected cove (pic from hotel). Soft white sand beach, good clarity despite recent storms, stays shallow for ~100’ from the beach. Had a nice long swim and considered a late night dip in the 24 hr pool and hot tub but we were flying out early the next am. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice with a lot of vegetation, room was nice, clean and spacious, staff was nice, however the restaurant prices were too high

This was the final few nights of a longer trip through CR. This hotel is nice but it wasn't our favorite place and we have very mixed feelings about it. Good: rooms were clean and comfortable, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, chairs on the beach, the balcony beach view was nice. Bad: No deadbolt on the door. We only ate one small meal in the restaurant, and it wasn't good. After the fact we saw that it has a 3.9 on Google. The public access/park is adjacent to the hotel, so there was various activities, loud music, etc.. that interfere with enjoying the beach including people trying to sell stuff to the guests. Pool is on the small side. The overall vibe of the hotel and the area was very different than the awesome experiences we had in the interior of CR. We plan to return but not to Playa Hermosa/Playa Coco.

This property is beautiful, the trees surrounding everything and the beach surrounded by the mountains left us in awe! The staff went above and beyond each time for us and the ladies from paradise therapy were phenomenal. Making it a perfect way to finish out vacation

Short drive from Liberia airport!! Beautiful location, right on beach, great snorkeling at end of beach, good food, beautiful clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff! We loved the pool, open air dining and lobby were beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for more! Rainy season showers didn’t prevent us from enjoying anything. Superb!

Wow..what a hidden jewel ! Food is a little pricey! Great couple retreat! My kids had fun but adult menu and pricing! But room/area/stagf! ceaser is amazing! Texas loves you & your help!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds, right on the beach. Howlers greeted us in the morning. There is a bar and very pricey restaurant at tbe hotel.

The staff here was amazing - friendly and helpful. The only con of this hotel was the pool and hot tub, very small (we didn't even use it). Time to upgrade to match the rest of the hotel!

This place was either great or poor with regard to customer service. Some staff come across as cold and rude and others are very helpful and kind. The restaurant was the same, really good dishes and then maybe one bad dish. Chef did an amazing job with freshly caught Mahi and the vegetables and pumpkin crepe are amazing.

There were holes in the ceiling and it leaked by the bed when it rained.

Right on the beach. Good food although portions are pretty small.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff warm and friendly. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable and were hard to sleep on. We also wished there were things to do in the evenings as it got dark out early. The vendors out on the beach weren’t too pushy about buying their items, but it would have been nice if they weren’t there. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay. Relaxing, quiet, nice.

The hotel was amazing and the staff as well. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly including the chef. 10/10 I highly recommend this place.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Beautiful property and beach just a few minutes walk away. I got to see amazing sunset and also enjoy the morning beach stroll. Dinner and SPA services are also very nice.

Beautiful place right by the ocean and in the forest.

It was delightful. the staff friendly and helpfulas delightful. Our rooms were spacious and clean. My room had plenty of hot water in the mnodern, spacious showere. Plenty of thick towels and good soap and shampoo. The grounds were being cleaned constantly. The only complant I have is a safety one: there should be better lighting on the stairs leadig to the bar and restaurant. It is very dim and it would be easy to fall. The staff's ability to communicate well in English was very helpful to those of us wth limited Spanish. the entire staff was very impressive. The howler monkey preserve on site was wonderful, The monkeys were amusing and fun to watch and listen to. It isd such a good thing that this hotel participates in their protection and preservation. Our party of three were very pleased with every aspect of our stay and would like to return. The coffee and breakfasts were delicious and fresh. The cocktails were well-made and we learned to love the national cocktail, the guaro sour.

A wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and relaxing hotel. Every person on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A beautiful location right on the beach, with lots of amenities to enjoy the sea. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms are a 1 minute walk from the beach, the latter of which was calm, warm, and relaxing. The pelicans also come in groups and make their way down the beach water diving for fish around sunset time which was a great experience There are iguanas on the property and birds all around. We heard the howler monkeys but didn’t see any, though we only spent 1 night. The pool was quaint, warm, had a small jacuzzi, and was really lovely for having a young child. There is a lovely restaurant at the hotel. You feel like you're in the forest in the rooms. Hot water is abundant and the rooms are cool with air condition. The only downside is that the beds were too firm for my taste. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous property, staff was top notch! Shout out to Johnathan in the restaurant, chef cooked our freshly caught Mahi Mahi to perfection. Right on a beautiful beach. Five stars all the way, definitely will return! Pura Vida!

I love the rain forest feeling of the hotel and how its connected to the beach. It's private and relaxing. The hotel room is gorgeous and clean. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is delicious with kind staff. Overall, would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful property- something out of a dream! The staff were incredible, food was wonderful as well. No complaints!
