Very clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Friendly owner. Location is perfect, near train and bus station, in the town centre, easy to find.

Such a great spot! My train from Milan was delayed so I only arrived well after the normal check in time, but the owner was very accommodating and stayed up to personally give me the key. I can highly recommend the stay!

Host who meet us - wasnt speaking english, was smelling alcohol, gave as room card that was not working, and we had to spend 40min waiting till she finds out keys that she could not find.. In the end she gave us reception card that we could get into looby and gave her phone number to call once we come back. We came back to hotel - her phone was switched off - and we just sat in looby without access to our room for hour till she showed up with 2 empty bottles of beer in hand and surpriced that we where there…

Very clean and a great location for Lecco. Comfy beds, good size room with juliet balcony and large ensuite. Happy for us to leave bags on our last day which was very helpful. Didn't speak much English but did not pose a problem. Cold water machine available to refill water bittles.

Staff were helpful enough but could have been more friendly and forthcoming. No drink facilities in room, just a fridge and 2 flimsy plastic cups. Breakfast was very basic, plastic wrapped everything, but decent coffee, nice sun room.

Good location, near the lake, restaurants, cafés etc. Two rooms had air con which was highly appreciated!

One room did not have air con, so one person had a warm night. The breakfast was very poor and basic, no fresh bread, only toast cheese. The coffee, though, was good.

did not like the breakfast, toast, juice and yogurt. there was an empty plate where the ham should have been. Also the woman who looked after the food was very unhappy and unpleasant. she spoke only Italian, so it was difficult to understand what she was saying to herself
