The place was clean.
There isn't internet service, no cable.
The new owner won't fix anything, all the utilities are broken and/or rusted, the pool is always dirty and you have to pay to even use a jacuzzi that doesn't work.

The service was number one, specifically Betty Araujo, which gave me a great welcome and helped me with my reservation issues. The restaurant personnel are very kind, and the food was supper for the price.
The location is still a working project because it is an urban location for a resort facility. The bathroom water needs9 some treatment

I like the pool , the breakfast, the yard with the garden, the staff was very pleasant
About the living home it' was very inconfortable because it's very hot 🔥 and I'm asking for a fan they say they don't have , I cannot stay for a second in the living room area even though I open the windows please think about to fix that problem.

The location is good, that’s the only thing I like.
The services are very poor, no internet, you have to pay $6 us or the equivalent in pesos for the breakfast. They charge you for every person who come to sleep with you. It was was a bad experience for me👌🏽

The staff is friendly and supportive. It was also good to find a few people who can express themselves in many languages.

- They were using the maximum volume on the speaker by the pool to entertain themselves at night. It was distracting for those who stay in rooms by the pool.

The furnitures are old, no internet in the room, the doors are not secure, same breakfast every day, no towels by the pool and sometimes in the bathroom, nobody in the staff speaks English etc.

Breakfast buffet was very good.
We were not given the room we asked for, but we accepted the room anyway. Tv cable had bad connection, I spoked to them about and they played it down like it wasn't priority in a way. The bathroom shower had ver bad sewer smell and it was clogged up.. Mostly all the past employers were relieved and the new ones allowed loud music until 4:30 am on the all the days we were there. That was almost our 4th time there in that hotel and it might be our last.
