食事が良かった

トイレ、浴室の段差が気になる。 高齢者、目が不自由な者には使いにくい。

Onsen, Wellness and Swimming-pools are of good quality but are additional paid-services. Staffs were helpful and polite.

1) In general, the facility is old and need better maintenance. Open area to public is however most of the time in acceptable condition. We got a room in north tower for 19,000 JPY per night and here the furnitures were old and many sign of renovation of poor and cheap quality were visible. 2) parking fees are not included in room rate 3) Onsen 150 JPY/pers not included (you pay online everything in advance to be cashless and then at checkout they ask you for 300 JPY, not nice for customer for this ridiculous amount) 4) Wellness& Swimming-pool also not included 1100 JPY/pers. Given the above room rate, I would expect better room quality and more included service (Parking and Onsen at least). I regret that I will probably not come again to this hotel.
