الفيلا في موقع هادئ وبعيدة عن الازعاج الموظفين رائعين وودودين ومتعاونين جدا وقدموا جميع المعلومات التي نحتاجها أثناء إقامتنا المطبخ مزود بجميع الاحتياجات مسبح نظيف ومناسب للكبار والصغار الفيلا مزودة بجيع الاحتياجات وجود أدوات شوي متكاملة مع الفحم هناك محل صغير قريب للاحتياجات الضرورية (5 دقائق مشي)، وجميع الاحتاجات موجودة في الشارع العام (13 دقيقة مشي)

حيث أن الفيلا تقع في طرف الغابة فهناك بعض الحشرات والزواحف، ولكن متوفر أدوات لمكافحة الحشرات نافذة المطبخ لا يمكن فتحها ولكن يمكن الاستغناء عنها بفتح الباب المطل على المسبح لا يوجد مروحة شفط في دورات المياه فيجب فتح النافذة مما يسبب دخول الحشرات، فكنت أتمنى وجود شبك يمنع دخولها

Everything as said or better

Everything was great. clean, well equipped, spacious, clean pool. Check-in and communication with staff was also easy. Everything went through WhatsApp. Easy! I'll definitely be back here. Thank you, Holly!

This is a well-kept and practical three bedroom property, very comfortable, in a quiet location. The swimming pool is perfect, and the entire villa's layout is wonderfully arranged so that anyone can exit their bedroom and head straight for the pool, or to the sunning deck upstairs. You can enjoy sun or shade almost any time during the day, depending on where you position yourself in or near the pool. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a dining table for six, gas (propane) stove, and plenty of cookware and utensils, which allowed us to minimize meals out. Every room has its own AC control. There's a washing machine for laundry in the carport. Carport door is automated. Jonas and Eric were kind and helpful in familiarizing us with the property, with nearby restaurants and food delivery services, and with some of the transportation options.

It was not well-advertised in advance that an additional deposit is needed for Booking.com guests, and that guests will have to pay the power bill for the kilowatt hours used. That stated, neither the deposit nor the power bill were unreasonable. It didn't bother us, but the location is a bit remote, and the area between the villa and the main road is a typical rural / small town Thai setting, with narrow roads, trash and debris at the curb, and no truly discernible sidewalk. That's not Intira Villa's fault by any means (which is why I still rate them highly). Some Westerners will find that challenging; you can't just walk out the door down to a beach. The local Family Mart and 7-Eleven are the better part of a kilometer down the road, and the nearest grocery store is double that distance, north on the "wrong" side of the main road. However, if one is used to Thai traffic and driving, or if one is prepared to hire drivers and taxis, as we did, this ceases to be a problem. (We hired and befriended Mr. Oop, whose business office is a short walk down from the villa.) Scooter/cycle rental is also nearby. Nai Harn Beach is only 4 miles away, Kata Beach is about 6 miles away, and a number of the packaged tours will also pick you up from the villa and drop you off. Pizza delivery is also possible.
