The beaches nearby, near Sveti Stefan, found within walking distance, were absolutely stunning. The rooms were elegant.

We were disappointed because the house is on a very noisy road, just opposite a construction site, and we also felt lied to as we tried to book two bedrooms for 4 people and this villa gave us the option for one double room and one ‘triple room’ (with 3 pers as max capacity for some weird reason, as it was effectively a flat with two separate double bedrooms) - so we felt like we were made to book three rooms instead of the two we needed. We felt like we were taken advantage of. The host insisted somewhat absurdly that the two bedrooms were one room only 🧐 The rooms themselves were elegant. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. There was no shampoo here either, we had to ask for it (and share it between the two rooms) even if the description said toiletries were included. The breakfast coffee was undrinkable; despite the fact that on booking the breakfast was 8 euros each, it cost us 12 euros each (more than in restaurants around). The host’s attitude was probably the worst part. She kept blaming tourists for everything - taking her shampoo, throwing away umbrellas etc.

Hard to say...I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Roof top balcony with views over the coastline. Sara and staff were so helpful! Walking in to my room, the spaciousness was great, the floors were polished and shining clean, and the bed…soooo comfortable. Wonderful jazz music made the atmosphere fantastic, and proximity to various beaches, bars, markets and restaurants was great.

Tricky to find. A little sign on the gate, a photo of the entry and some Directions to take the back street (Google maps takes you to the front at street level but the property is way up high on the hill) would make everything perfect.

I didn’t take any breakfast as I was quite sick the whole time I was there and not eating much Vera did make me eat a few times with her home made pancakes which was very kind

The whole villa is perfect, from inside stone facade to the dark and warm wooden interior. The rooms have nice views and bathrooms, also high quality tv and air condition. The location is very practical, it is very close to several beaches, and you can walk to them. The owners are very nice and communicative. They will be there for you for what ever you need. I highly recommend Sara Guesthouse for couples and families.
