Location , comfortable, clean

Great space in the apartment and useful amenities. Helpful and friendly staff.

Bedroom was very hot. Lots of outside noise.

The location was very accessible and near to the Munich Central Station. It is cheap. Supermarkets are close by. Place was equipped with pretty much all the necessary items, including utensils, oven, iron ETC. The toilet had towels and shmapoo and dryer. It was TOO hot in the rooms, and fans were JUST ok but were not good at all. Patricia (the reception lady during the day) was really nice, polite, and accommodating.

It is NOT a place for families. The street is filled with drug dealers/sellers. It is not a safe street, though police have been patrolling throughout, which was ANNOYING at time. The reception guy at night was NOT WELCOMING at all and was just trying to get rid saying he doesn't understand English and his duty hours are finished already. We had to wait outside the hotel for some time because the reception was CLOSED and there was no one to open the door. I had called, and they had confirmed that their reception is 24hours operational. The guy first said you could drink the tap water because they had filters installed, but there was no filter in the kitchen and so it was not safe to drink. We had the worst experience while checking in. The toilet sink was blocked. The beds are noisy and VERY uncomfortable. The electric kettle wasn't working. There were flies and bugs on almost all the beds linens.

Clear and near the Munich train Station

Room was clean, spacious, modern, great location, had a fridge, and full kitchen. The bathroom had a hair dryer, dryer towel rack...and toiletries. Beds comfy

The bathtub was plugged and my towel was washed but stained dirty footprints on it. Otherwise I liked everything.

People at the reception are great, very welcoming and willing to help out. The location is amazing, the hbf is 5' and Marienplatz is 2 stations away. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only bad thing I could mention was that the pull out sofa is noisy, but it's minor. Will definitely come back!

Room was as described in the website listing. Clean, roomy, helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen had all utensils , dishes, pots, pans, appliances needed to cook our own meals. Located 2-3 blocks from the main train station.

The washers and dryers for hotel guests are in the basement and require coins to operate. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the machines and were not satisfied with their functioning. The late night desk clerk tried to help us, but to no avail. While the hotel is conveniently close to the train station, the area is a bit “rough.” That didn’t other us, but for some people it might be an issue. At no point did we feel threatened or afraid.

Its very central, clean, has a kitchen and you have everything you need. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is also a washing mashine in the pacement. Additionally, there are lots of Cafés and Restaurants around..

Rooms was spacious and well equipped.We where with our big family and everything was good .staff was friendly and location is the best walking distance from central Station .All restaurants,bakery grossary store near by.

Key card for opening the door is difficult to open the door.

Great location one block from the main train station and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Nice friendly staff. Good WiFi. Good kitchen.

Sofa bed was fairly tired and needs replacing. 3 euro per bag for luggage storage was a bit off after paying good money for a 6 night stay.

One block from the train station, so it was handy for the airport and the U bahn. Great WiFi and very clean. They were happy to put an extra bed in for us. The nice little coffee shop below offers discount to hotel guests.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, especially the addition camp bed. It's a noisy spot, there is a major construction project going on directly across the road and they started at 7am every morning. Not the hotels fault.
