The hotel was located in a quiet area (in Aubing) at some distance from the centre of Munich. That made it a pleasant, relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Without a car, the train from Munich and walk from the station took about 40 minutes, so it is not convenient if you want to return to the hotel during the day and go out again in the evening. Taxis are expensive and hard to find.

Very beautiful hotel and helpful staff , modern and very quiet, the breakfast is very good . The parking garage is secure

1. There is no reception after 10 pm . 2. You need to open the window for good ventilation .

There were a few bugs and it was far from attractions but if you have a car it was not bad

Was not given proper instructions on parking underground. Sad breakfast was not included. Also was told that we were not applicable for the spa, even tho they didn't know our package (I thought we were when we booked)

There was given one room the first night for both guys. There was none in the receltion and to the aafe box were was just one key left.

Everything was fantastic. There is also a wellness center with a sauna, spa pool and massaging showers. This was excellent and can be booked for private use for an additional cost. There is also a restaurant in the hotel with good food. Parking is available in the basement for a fee also.

I honestly wonder how you can hire the staff that worked here when we checked in. So unfriendly. No smile, no explanation of the hotel or anything. We had some problem at check in, the keys didnt work, the extra bed wasnt made, the blanket was dirty, only one wine glas etc...not ok for the amount you pay. Nothing is included its just a room with unfriendly staff. We just wanted to leave and will never come back. We did not try the spa (that was the main reason why we booked the room) because it was fully booked. But the staff told me that there is no pool as described in the booking add, its just a jaccuzzi. And maybe worst thing, the staff had no intension to say sorry or to make me a happy customer.
