Third stay here, everything was A+ as usual

Friendly staff and great location

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great service and easy check in and checkout. The hotel is in a great area with the subway entry close by. There's a lift too right outside so you can take your suitcases with ease.

The gym was a little small and Aircon wasn't too strong. Had everything we needed though.

Second time staying here. As usual, everything was great! Location is amazing, right outside of subway exit 4 elevator entrance, and right beside it is the airport bus stop. Housekeeping did a great job too and everything was clean.

Would be really nice if the hotel can consider allowing early check-in out of goodwill. Like my last stay, I was charged additional 2 hours of room rate for early check-in.

Very convenient from the airport. After AREX, you'll need to buy Tmoney first then take one train to station "Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station". After arriving at the station, tapped out and turned left, then used the lift to exit the underground train station. The lift is directly at the door of the hotel. Exit 4 iirc. Nearby there are 2 malls that are like Platinum, Bangkok and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza is within walking distance. There are 2 7-11 nearby and one more similar store to the right of the building (like 7-11, different name). Opposite the hotel there is Starbucks. That's the bus stop that the family took a bus from to get to different places. Although Gmap isn't the best, it works well for figuring out bus numbers. Would stay at this hotel again due to the convenience and cleanliness. Staff were helpful too and were able to advise the walking distance for an attraction that we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is good. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

We had towels missing from the room and when we reflected to the front desk, we were told to collect the missing stuff from level 1 front desk. A little bit puzzled by this.
