我订的是带阳台房间，确实很不错，周边环境也安静。出行也方便，还会再来的。

Rooms are very big and light (white, which I like the most). They are quite sapacey.

It botthered me that rooms vere not cleaned properly during my stay (hairs on the flor in the bathrom were not cleaned .... not even one single day!). At first when I got the room it was ok, but during the stay, there are smaller pieces of trash on the floor (from shoes, hair, etc ...) and this was never cleaned!

It was an ok Chinese type breakfast.

The staff was terrible, the rudest I have ever experienced. Sleeping on the reception, not willing to help a foreigner. Of course, they do not speak a word in English. I only survived there because I had Chinese colleagues doing the translator on my behalf !! Further, when I first arrived, although they could help me with the wifi by using their Chinese phone to get the pass code so that i can connect with my phone, they would not do it. Some of the personnel would do it but not all of them. So you had to be lucky enough to get this kind of help. They also could not find my booking although I had the booking saved on my phone with all the details. But since they were in English they could not figure this out I guess. However, they should be able to see the booking in their system anyway. They could not. So it took me (and my Chinese colleagues) half an hour to resolve this. To my opinion they should not be part of booking.com or any other international platform. This hotel is only for Chinese people or international people that want a cheap hotel option, have a Chinese translator and do not mind going through some trouble. Not to mention that they would do several mistakes mixing up the total price of my stay, included breakfast etc. So be aware and calculate for yourself ! The location was convenient for me since it was close to Fudan university but the neighborhood is not the best.

I have stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks for a Summer School at the Fudan University. Most of my class-mates were staying in the Crowne Plaza, which is a more high-end hotel. The Crown Plaza hotel is very overpriced compared to Hanting Express. Costs for me were about 40% compared to my class-mates, whilst Hanting Express was a real good hotel. Best choice I could make! This hotel is run professionally and is very hygienic. Rooms are spacious, a good shower.. All was well! During my booking it was not mentioned, but this hotel offers breakfast :).
