Location

Much mold and rust were found in the bathroom. No shower curtain was in the bathroom. Room temperature setting was not controlled by the guest. Overall, facilities are old. Lifts are slow and need to wait for minutes. For me, not worth staying for the room charge. Photos on the internet seem much nicer than the reality is.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, easy check in/out. the location is central so we could walk, use the subway and take a taxi easily. bed is good too!

it was not hygienic. cleaning was done in rush and no mopping. it felt really dirty everywhere

Only positive is the location. Very convenient

- they literally make you wait till 3 pm to check in. I arrived 230pm and was told check is at 3. Very unusual. Staff is purely by the books and do not much "care" about guests. - rooms are small. - bathroom was mouldy and dirty. Stains, dust, rust, hair all around. - no proper wardrobe for your clothes just a tiny spot.
