Staff we very helpful, kind and polite.

I thought the shower grout needed refreshing. The floor was lifting in places too. Cleaning staff were noisy outside my room

Very clean and hotel smells nice Pool was nice and clean Staff were friendly Breakfast had good options Spacious and modern rooms.

Toilet was not cleaned in one of the rooms when checking in Spa and massage should be managed by Hotel and card payments should be allowed for this. Bed and pillows maybe good be better quality.

Nothing everything was perfekt

There were cockraches everywhere, including dinning area. The facilities mentioned were mostly out of order. Reception had only one person and didn't understand English. They were not ready to even help female and kids guests transfer the luggage. In all, it's not worth spending. I am very disappointed. I have taken videos of corkraches too in case anyone wants for proof. I request booking.com to look into the matter. Total waste of money.

I liked nothing about the hotel

Located one a quiet road in a busy district in close proximity to the airport.

Very dated interiors. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom. I found a cockroach in my room so the room was changed, however the sink wouldn’t drain & a light didn’t work in the new room. Also saw 2 more cockroaches in the breakfast hall.

I arrived at the hotel late with my family, around 11:30 pm. The lady at the reception refused to give me the room I had found it available through Booking.com, claiming it was unavailable. Instead, she tried to convince me to take a suite that was three times the price, as it was the only option available. Despite my family being exhausted, the hotel staff did not consider our situation. Eventually, she mentioned there was a double room. I asked to inspect it before accepting, and upon checking, I found two separate rooms, each matching the one I had found available on Booking.com. The hotel had rejected giving it to me, I did the reservation on booking and got confirmation at the same moment to my Email, the lady start procrastinate Pretending as busy and telling me that she didn't receive the confirmation Email for 10 minutes, I insisted on having only one room, so they reluctantly provided a room with poor conditions, claiming there were no other available rooms, even though I had already checked two others. I persisted in requesting a better room, and eventually, they reluctantly accommodated my request. However, once again, the hotel staff disregarded the fact that I had children with me in the late hours of the night. To make matters worse, there was a cockroach in the room, which the bellman witnessed but did nothing about. The next day, we went to have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The food was of poor quality and not worth it. Additionally, the restaurant was unclean, and I encountered two more cockroaches. One was on the floor, and the other was under a rice plate. Due to the lack of cleanliness and unwelcoming staff, I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund. However, the hotel refused to give me my money back. Later on, they offered me a half-board reservation for the same price, promising to address the cockroach issue with additional chemical treatments. However, I continued to see cockroaches.

Really great place to stay for a few days with kids. It's a small hotel, but very stylish, pleasant and super clean; has everything one might need. The turkish food was of course unbelievably good - a wide variety of vegetable-based dishes, freshly made pancakes in the morning for kids, amazing coffee, and very friendly and helpful staff. It's 20 mins on a taxi from the airport, and in ten minutes walking at a leisurely pace one can reach the coast with breathtaking views, and after 15-20 mins walking along the coast, there is a landscaped area of layered canals with little bridges and sandstones, a waterfall, a lighthouse, and lots of places to eat and drink.
