Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Food was delicious. Staff at the buffet restaurant were exceptional friendly, service were excellent 10 out of 10. Rooms we're big , cleanand spacious.Highly recommended, Will stay there again in the future.

There's no negative comments l can think off, as l really enjoy my stay.

I requested for a sea view but it was noisy, I didn’t get proper rest. Breakfast selection can be improved more.

there was no internet unlike stated. the employee told me that internet would be back at 8 but it didnt happen. Breakfast was ok.

Location is good, right in city center.

This has not been renovated for along time / since typhoon Odette. -Room window was cracked and fixed with tape - Bathroom... well.... aged - Wifi does not exist what ever front office pretends that they are trying to fix it but nothing ever happens - Like some one wrote earlier in reviews, breakfast is very limited and tastes not that good - Window type air con is extremely noisy - Windy night windows "sing" when wind is blowing in - Street noise is contant - TV (because WiFi was not working maybe TV then), did not have any channels, or they were such a bad quality that it was hard understand what you are watching. This is kind of sad to see this place current state. Let's hope they get get things better in a future.

Very close to the ferry terminals, which was very convenient for us. Nice to have breakfast included! Clean room.

A bit worn down and very dull lighting in the room and bathroom doesn’t create a great atmosphere. Very noisy aircon with only one setting, we couldn’t have it on overnight.

I specifically reserved a single double/large bed and my booking details show exactly that. But what I got was a 2 single bed. Talked to the staff about the discrepancy, but I was told there's no other available room anymore. Also, upon checking in, I was asked to pay despite having booking.com charged my credit card already. I showed her my booking.com status which shows it's been paid. Then she checked again and told me there were some issues in the system. She didn't see my payment immediately. It's okay, except that she charges an additional 10% (or 12%, not sure) VAT which I thought was already included in the booking.com payment. She may be right and I don't want to argue...I just pay for it but I certainly didn't expect that. BREAKFAST. The food selection is very, very limited. Aside from the usual rice, bread, coffee, and tropical fruits, you'll only get EGG, HAM, and DICED chicken (not even sure what it was). None of them taste good.;-( NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. IT'S OVERPRICED.

View was amazing (seaside); not much food choices for breakfast, limited types of bread and pastries; room was okay by the shower door needs some repair (remained ajar while bathing causing a little flood on the floor.

Building maintenance; what was good was with the COVID 19 scare, staff was very aware and courteous in implementing their preventive measures. Hand sanitizers in all corners, entrances, even in the elevators.

Great location, very friendly staff.
