House was very cold

The bungalow was in a nice location. Ideal for traveling into Brighton. Close to the beech and the village has some great places to eat and drink. Couple of shops in the village to buy your essentials or a small drive to a large supermarket. very spacious and good size rooms, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Garden was immaculate and had lots of outside seating. Would defiantly consider staying here again.

Furniture was a little dated and the sofas / chairs have seen better days. kitchen was not fantastically stocked with cutlery. IE only 4 teaspoons When we stripped the beds at the end of our stay the pillows underneath were discoloured and in need of replacing. If we had noticed this before using them we would have replaced them ourselves.

Some appliances such as the toaster were very old and the bedding had seen better days

The central heating system did not appear to work properly and at night the pipework kept 'banging' as if there was air in the system. Not much water came from the bathroom sink tap. The bed in the en suite bedroom was uncomfortable. The curtains in the living area did not meet.
