Totally recommended. Quick response to our queries from owner, clean rooms & bathrooms, just half a minute walk from agonda beach, hassle free check in and check out, value for money. Went with my family with senior citizens and kids and it was a very good stay experience.

The location is quite good, just 1min walking to the beach in the main road, next to cute shops and cafes The distribution of the room: 2 separate little rooms with 1 double bed each, with one spatious common entrance. A big balcony Quite silent

The room was not clean when we checked-in (hairs on the floor, not clean bathroom, a lot of dust on the sofa). The bed linen also didn't feel clean. The towels smelled bad The hot water only worked once and partially The wifi and electricity kept disconnecting regularly No room service: we booked for 3 nights and nobody came to clean/change towels/bedsheets No way to lock the room if one person leaves and the other stays (whether you lock the person inside, whether you leave the access open to anyone) They only accepted cash, in a village where there is only one ATM and it is sometimes not working
