The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They have an entire private beach which also provides candlelight dinner and the vibe is positive and romantic. I must mention Khushali Madam, Mr. Guru and all others for going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I am must Thank Mr. Guru for his kindness 🩵

The resort is right on the beach. Out of all the resorts we stayed in Goa, this was our most favorite one. The rooms are big enough, the food was delicious, we had nice conversation with the owner.

Our hut was right at the beach front. From our bed we could see the ocean and hear the waves. The staff was very kind and helpful. We felt very cared for and safe.

If there was one thing then it was the door locks. It was a bit cumbersome to open and lock them. But that's a very minor thing.

We booked beach front side cottage and view from room is awesome, direct sea view. Staff is good Facilities are good Bed is comfort. Many restaurants near to property. Cab facility is available in best price. I definitely recommend this property for family and bachelor's if you are looking beach view cottages.

Leak in bathroom

The location was really good

There was water leaking in the bathroom so the floor was always wet and we had cockroaches at night. Also there was no light coming from outside in the room and the bed was super uncomfortable.

New Common Home was a brilliant place to stay. The resort is well maintained and the rooms are extremely clean. It is perfectly located, right on the beach. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the really welcoming and attentive staff Team who ensured that we had a lovely time. Definitely recommended!

This place is great! The house was simple but got everything we needed. Location is perfect, few steps to the beach, lots of good restaurant close to the cottage.

Almost everyday there were some issues with electricity and wifi. It can be problematic if you are a digital nomad and need internet connection. Despite that everything was perfect.

We booked 4 nights and at the end we spend over 3 weeks in this beautiful place. All in all it was an fabolous stay for me and my girlfriend in a nice super clean bungalow right by the beach. The people who work there are super friendly and and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you just can enjoy your time. It's the perfect location to take some time off and to enjoy good food from the restaurant in it,almost every night beautiful sunsets and because it's quiet in the night you will find a good sleep.

Truly a place that meets the waters. Must visit stay at Agonda. The property is located front at the Agonda beach. Amazing cabins with full amenities. really comfy, huge beds and great helpful staff. open bathroom with waterfall shower was just perfect. The treetop restaurant had greasy views and even better food. The PERSON "GURU" reception were always so friendly to chat too and assisted us with anything we needed. Will definitely return when I’m back in Agonda. The location and the peaceful surrounding with the big room and open air washroom. he staff was super friendly and the property is beautiful. Value for money. The accommodation itself is spacious. The beds are massive and very comfy. Great location too- we had a SEA VIEW DELAUX COTTAGE. On both the days of our stay they arranged for candle light beach dinner at no extra cost. Beautiful beach and peaceful surrounding. Great view. loved waking up to beach view.

NOTHING Everything was great The restaurant and food could have been better. Food might appear a bit overpriced. Food menu should have included South Indian breakfast.. The staff was polite and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
