Lo Staff accogliente, gentile e disponibile

Una piccola lampada sul comodino vicino al letto. Nel lavabo del bagno, mancanza di acqua calda.

Le lit était très confortable. Il y avait suffisamment d'espace de rangement, que ce soit dans la chambre ou la salle de bain, et une petite table. Valentina de la réception était toujours souriante et prête à aider. Petit-déjeuner très bon et frais. Climatisation dans la chambre. Une petite chaise devant la chambre était disponible si on veut se poser dehors. A 5 min à pied d'un grand supermarché, proche des restaurants.

Un petit étendoir pour faire sécher ses vêtements aurait été appréciable dans la chambre, surtout qu'il y avait de la place. Pas de mini-bar mais je le savais avant de venir, et ça ne m'a pas dérangé.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, was sehr angenehm war. Die Bars und Restaurants von La Fortuna sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war groß genug für 3 Personen. Das Bad war auch sehr groß. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Tai (Owner)and her staff are very helpfulnand friendly. She helped me complete the Precheck requirements of Nicaragua. The FREE full breakfast was very good and lots of choices: pancakes, fruits, freshly squeezed juice, beverages, CR tipico breakfast, etc. My room is clean and facilities are newer.

Perfecta opción para pasar unos días en La Fortuna. Muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno, con varias opciones para escoger. Un día no pude desayunar porque me recogían para una excursión pronto y me prepararon algo para llevar. Además, zona muy tranquila. Lo mejor - el servicio. No solo me recomendaron actividades que hacer en la zona, si no que se ofrecieron a ayudarme con la planificación. Por ser a última hora y la disponibilidad era limitada tuvimos que hacer varios cambios para conseguir hacerlo todo y fueron de gran ayuda con muchísima paciencia y preocupándose de que disfrutase al máximo de la experiencia en La Fortuna. Si volviese 100% repetiría. Además, tienen un súper muy cerca para hacer alguna compra en caso de necesitarlo.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto. Nos ayudaron con varias cosas que necesitamos de muy buena gana. El desayuno muy rico y la habitación está muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. No usamos la cocina pero es un plus tenerla si quieres cocinar tu propia comida. Está bien equipada.

Seems to be a place that has a lot of foot traffic so if you plan to stay longer it needs to be done at booking. No spur-of-the-moment decisions to stay longer. Staff is wonderful, lent me an umbrella because it was raining.

A little Pricey. Then again it is La Fortuna.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Facility was clean and very professionally maintained. Breakfast was delicious. This was excellent value for the money.

Very nice personnel, helping out far and beyond what may be expected

Location was short walk into town and near a Spa that Jose recommended. I didn't like first room and Jose showed me another I preferred. Room is basic, comfortable has AC wifi, TV but never got more than 1 channel.. The breakfast was individually cooked given choices and delish. The hotel was basic which I wanted since I had excursions planned and this was just a home base.

The basics were all here..No reason to be picky.

I stayed twice at Hotel Alicia. The hotel is very close to the town centre and situated in a quiet area. I really appreciated to have the breakfast included. The hosts were very nice and helpful and you can book any tours from the hotel. I would highly recommend the place and would definitely come back !

I had a great stay at Hotel Alicia. So much so that I returned on my second stay in La Fortuna. The room I had was very clean and included hot water, AC and even a TV. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the free breakfast is really appreciated. The hotel is just off the city centre in a quiet part of town. As a solo female traveler I felt safe returning home after dinner. Highly recomend!

A little bit of noise coming from the street

Hotel Alicia was in a great location, a few minutes' walk from the centre of La Fortuna and a big supermarket. The couple running the hotel were very friendly and served a great breakfast to order each morning- and we loved their cute dog!

The room was quite small- but we did expect this. The wifi was down one day when we were there which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it was a great stay though for a budget trip to La Fortuna.

Lovely breakfasts with 4 options to chose from cooked fresh each morning. Short walk to town centre with some good Sodas close by. Clean rooms and hot water. Place to hang clothes to dry and refill water bottles. Although room was small, there was good storage solutions in room and bathroom for belongings.

Wifi is very intermittent. Sometimes works fine, other times very slow and sometimes just not available. We ended up using a lot of data as couldn’t rely on the internet to research things. Very big kerb to get onto parking area which scrapped the car underneath. Needs a drop kerb adding. Would be nice to have a communal area to chill in the evening as no space in rooms and breakfast area locked up after certain time. Hotel is in residential street where lots of dogs live. If one barked in the night, it set them all off and could be noisy. Bring earplugs if light sleeper as this sorted it out for me.

We loved everything about Hotel Alicia. spotlessly clean, nice facilities, incredible staff, great location (close to everything but far enough away to be quiet) a food breakfast all for a really reasonable rate.

The location is great. If you have questions you can reach them always via WhatsApp and mostly someone is there to ask. It is quite but close to the city. Everything there what you need

The A/C of our neighbours was turned on mostly, this makes quite a lot of noise.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the place is really quiet. Breakfast looked really good although I couldn't stay to taste it.

The room was really hot, with no windows or air conditioning. A fan was provided which did help.
