We absolutely loved this place! A warm welcome and absolutely beautiful room. Everything is immaculate and every little detail is considered. The complimentary mini bar in the room was an unexpected treat! The food was wonderful and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. A very reasonable price for everything that is included and the standard of the rooms. Highly recommended!!!

The service was brilliant, really friendly staff, also very helpful the food in the restaurant was exceptional and very tasty, we went for the NYE event we had fizz on arrival, canapés and bacon butties just past midnight it was lovely. The room was of high standard, the decor was beautiful and stunning views of the peel brow pike from our window. Breakfast in the morning was delightful with a continental option aswell as your full breakfast options. Also the room came with complimentary drinks (prosecco and Budweiser), apple juice, orange juice milk and glass bottles water free of charge!! This hotel has everything you could possibly forget already in the room to use (hairdryer, straighteners, fan,shower cap, toiletries etc) Overall this hotel is a must for a couple's weekend away.

The only thing I would recommend to improve this hotel would be maybe a hot tub/jacuzzi set up.

Everything was so clean and fresh. We stayed with our little one and every day the cleaner came in our room they organised our sons teddy’s as if it was a real life Toy Story.

good position away from centre of Bury but on good bus route , very nice staff, lovely dining room with beautiful view . Room very clean with modern wet room.

our room was called ‘Little Owl’ it was the smallest bedroom we have ever stayed in , supposed to be for upto three people, Josh said it would be for a folding bed but not enough space just enough for two , the room next door which remained empty was the one photographed as the deluxe room which we asked for and were told it was booked . There was a constant hum which we guess was from a kitchen fan that stayed on all night ! telephoned the phone number but no answer. sad as if we had been given the room photographed we would have definitely returned .

This is excellent place! The manager, she is just exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

room FAR too noisy (not only from the pub but also from the traffic outside). No cooked breakfast, which was a first for me staying away! They have made every effort to look like a boutique hotel but haven't quite managed it and felt a bit like a hostel. Would I stay here again? No but if I did, I would only expect to pay £50 per night.

I was so impressed. There was a very friendly welcome and the room was superb. Had a super night’s sleep, the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent; great walk in shower. Complimentary drinks and continental breakfast was a nice touch. My only regret was that I was unable to eat there as I had made alternative arrangements. But, I will be back and fully recommend a stay.

Amazing staff. A huge thank you to Josh who kept the kitchen open when a motorway closure delayed my arrival. Gorgeous room with comfy bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Great facilities including drinks in the mini bar - a real treat. Lovely picnic hamper for breakfast.

Hamper left outside the room with cereal and flapjack bars. Fridge stocked with juices and yoghurts. Was nice to have a leisurely breakfast in the room.

The staff, Troy and Emily were both fantastic. Made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel.

Staff couldn’t do more for us, so friendly and attentive, from the waiters to the manager. Amazing breakfast included in the reasonable cost of our stay, little extras like drinks/snacks for free in the room fridge.

Only the relatively small issue of the room getting too hot in the night/next morning. Would have been difficult to open the high up windows and room fan didn’t make much difference at all. Overall still a fantastic stay.
