Good location and ample street parking, close to family and the town Center.

Still a bit of work in progress but hopefully when down, it will be a great place.

Unfortunately there was a bad strong smell about the place, I couldn't cope with it, same we left. Also had trouble getting in.

It was bed only. Located in a fairly rough area; rubbish and even washing machines in the backstreets and on verges. Lots of shouting in the street outside until the early hours.

The property was clearly an HMO. Although there were "no smoking signs", the room stank of tobacco smoke and there were cigarette burns on the window ledges. There was no light shade or signal for the TV. The shower was pristine, probably because there was no hot water to it. It was only suitable for people who are down on their luck.

location for what I needed

was more for a working man not for Holliday makers

The price was OK. But very basic.

There was no towels, if I knew these wasn't provide I would of brought some. And no TV in the room thought this was a standard in an accommodation, also the walls are paper thin. We didn't sleep at all as the doors was banging all night long. People shouting. We had one pillow each no spare. Very busy street.

Nothing

Absolutely nothing in the room except a double bed....not even a light shade just a bare bulb. Toilet didn't flush... Was like a prison cell

Clean and modern refurbished facilities, with easy access to the town centre.

No complaints, good value for money.

good communication with owner. Checked in early which really helped with our plans. Room was clean with a very nice bathroom and toiletries.

room only had a bed so nowhere to put clothes kitchen end of corridor where you could make a drink but unclear if the coffee milk etc belonged to others as there were also other items of food no breakfast although it did say included again some bread in kitchen but could have belonged to others
