At the arrival, i was warmly welcomed by reception staff. The room was spacious and view from room is very nice with sort They arrange cab for local sightseeing also. Overall Excellent service. Definitely recommend to all the traveller

They overcharged me..more than what was mentioned in the site....rooms were not maintained well...bathroom accessories were rusted..lights not working...tv not working...bath towels , soap etc were not provided intially

Everything except the location & cleaning staff was disappointing in my stay here.
I have booked standard double room and give single room. The sockets of the room were broken and were out of the socket board. The hotel administration needs to work on the room hygiene (this I am saying for the room allocated for me). I was not provided the wifi and told it is not part of package for my booking which I did using booking.com. Due to the fact that no hotel rooms available nearby, I had to stay here for a week. The cleaning staff members were courteous. The thing which baffled me the most was that when manager saw that I have booking for one week for approx 10K price, he told how booking.com allocated you at such low price. TV not working.

1. The water in the flush was leaking continuosly for 4 days.

3. This was the third room i tried. Other 2 were smelling.

first of all when I reached there I was told they did not have my booking. then they say they did not have any spare rooms either. and this was at 2:30am in the morning. thankfully someone was checking out at the time and I had to plead them to allot that room to me.

I payed extra 500 ru to get the room otherwise they told to wait 4 hours, as per booking confirmation the check in from 6:30 am ,but in receiptation told the checking will start at 12 :00 pm and asked to pay the 500bfor early check in

This was the only decent thing about the property
The bathroom smelt like a gutter. The tap water was hardly usable as it had a foul taste and smell.
Cockroaches were moving around the room freely as if it's their first home. Looks like this is some staff quarter which was given to me inspite of an advance booking of one month.
Shame on OYO for pumping up the rating for such a horrible property. I have lost my trust in OYO.
WI-FI is as good as the 2G connection we used 12 years back.
This junk property should be delisted from the platform. An Andhra mess would have been a better investment.

Location is the only advantage.
I forgot my cell phone charger there, no body responded to my followups. One morning I had to wait for an hour for the water to come in the washroom. I had to change my linen on my own!

The shower, tap in bathroom was not working, they brought us water in bucket to take bath. First room given to us didn't had lock in bathroom. Overall a very bad experience.

Worst app ever .. I booked this hotel from bookings.com... and they said that there are no rooms available... after travelling for soo long i was not having any place to stay.. then i booked another hotel for my stay...
This is not reliable place to stay. The app is also not reliable.
