Washrooms should be properly maintained. But other than that everything was very good.

Very helpful staff. Very accommodative and made us feel like home. Honest and went out of their way to meet our needs. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Staffs are well trained, very kind and always responsive. I highly recommend this hotel to every friends on the road. It's just like an another home!

Staff was very friendly, and the room had a beautiful view of Nuwaraeliya town.. walking distance to the town (5-10 minutes walk).. They let us use the kitchen without any additional charges and room was really comfy.. Bathroom was clean.. we had a nice stay there.. recommended for anyone.. specially for families.. Rifan and his team was amazing. Very kind and helpful in every aspect. The head of the staff Nagun always welcome us with a beautiful Smile. Its about 10 mins walk to the main Bus stand and very convenient for everything. We really enjoyed the place and highly recommend to anyone who want to stay in the city of Nuwara Eliya. We

Overall, everything was perfect according to the money you spent. Very clean and neat place. No complains at all.

Good host

The toilet door could not be locked. Also there was odour in the room, which was unbearable and the host was not ready to change. However he catered to our required of tea and helped us to get milk from the market in a short time.

The location is on a very steep hill and the carpets are long over due for a change or a very intensive cleaning. Breakfast is nothing to write home about...

Clean and nice room. Big enough. Big common areas, kitchen and balcony. Friendly staff who even helped with the jackets when it was cold outside. Also does laundry, tap water is drinkable. Center and bus station is in walking distance. Warm blankets and sunrise can be seen in the room from the bed. Clean carpets (in other hotels were tiles which was cold). Fresh air, good view.

Bathroom an cleaning need improve

For the price this place is amazing. Great location. The staff were really friendly and really helpful. We would definitely go back. We loved Nuwara Eliya too.

Overall I really loved the staff. There were extremely friendly and helpful. In our case we accidentally took the key from the other hotel we stayed before but these guys took care about it and solved it for us! 😊 The rooms were quite big and the beds very comfy.

The place is far from a hotel, even a hustle. I don't know why people give them this rank, which is misleading. The place was really cold and there was no heater!! The toilet and shower were disturbing. 15 liters of warm water and then you should have waited for 15 minutes naked in the cold so you can continue washing. The room walls were dirty, and our room smelled so bad, sheets were smelled like someone peed on them. I think the price doesn't worth all this, maybe a few dollars more give you a much better experience. P.S: Booking.com didn't let me to upload all the images, see them in the google review or tripadvisor
