That it was sea front which was just wonderful and very quiet. Well proportioned rooms.

It felt quite basic. We could not have cooked a meal in the kitchen as it wasn’t that well equipped.

Air condition and the staff's effort. Swimming pool was great. 1. Staff was extra helpful. Even overed to move to a different house

1. Sewage stench 2. No nets on the windows and alot of mosquitos 3. Far away from every interesting location 4. Short on kitchen tools and the place is FAR!!! so good kitchen is important. 5. TV only has local cables while being remote the mobile phone reception is bad, thus no options for streaming TV 6. One toilete smelled too bad to use. We had to keep the door closed with towel on the floor to block the smel

We loved the spacious villa with our own pool. We loved going and swimming in the big pool, which we usually had to ourselves. The A/C was very good. Very generous hamper awaiting us and lovely bathroom toiletries too. Any issues, like lack of shade by pool, we’re resolved very quickly. No bug issues at all.

Some things were in need of repair, like the couch in our villa. There were a few things missing from the kitchen, which we would have liked, like scissors for opening packets. The Wi-Fi was poor but so was 4G, so could just be the area.

Good location for the west side of the island, car hire required for this. Pool was ok, AC working well and parking facilities.

Unfortunately we did not feel the price tag on this villa matched the quality presented. The pictures in the advert are pictures of the villas when they were new, however the villas are now dated and require renovation. We struggled at night with the amount of bugs that were in the Villa and later discovered that there was a big gap between the bedroom door and outside where they would obviously come in. The pedals on the bins for disposing of your toilet paper were broken, which meant these needed to be touched when used, not pleasant. The chair outside was broken so the outside eating area couldn’t be used and there was obviously renovation ongoing when we were out on a daytime. Unfortunately this did not live up to expectations, nor how much is being charged. The manager made good contact with us as we checked in. However we did not feel the above could be fixed during our stay.

The staff were fantastic. The manager was incredibly attentive and responsive. We had a problem with the Aircon which was fixed the next morning. Provided us with an umbrella for the beach. Door issues were sorted within 2hours. Can't speak anymore highly of the staff. The view incredible. That there was large pool too.

There were issues. The sofa is ridiculously uncomfortable, definitely cannot be used as a third bed. The door had a gap which we had to plug with a towel to restrict the number of mosquitoes. The hob was temperamental. Our bed was terrible, at times it felt as if we were on a water bed. Every movement was felt. No toaster. And our door lock failed to work though this was fixed within two hours. The Villas need some tlc and comfortable furniture to warrant such a price.

Kaymata Bohemian Villa's location was beautiful, we were the first villa with uninterrupted sea views. We would highly recommend hiring car for your stay, the car allowed us to easily explore the island and nearby towns which would be difficult to do without a car - there was plenty of parking right outside our villa. It was fantastic to have the privacy of our own pool to relax around. Kitchen facilities were well equipped and allowed us to cook meals in the villa which was a great addition to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again! Thanks!
