Many thanks to Elena at reception for her indications and guidelines on how to get and what to do at Tayrona park. Alberto at Reception was excellent as well , great attention to detail. Jorge at the restaurant and bar was brilliant, incredible customer skills and experience, this man deserves a pay rise.

the views from the terrace, the great food, the parrot, the kind staff and the nice cabins. We got a beer with the sunset and the Tayrona view. They stored our bags for us to go to the park and stay the night there.

this was the highlight of our trip. the hostel is so so so beautiful, massages were relaxing and staff was so helpful. the food was really good, no disappointments, just positives. I will be back if I ever go to Tayrona again

Staff were extremely friendly and smiley, personal thanks to Santiago who was absolutely brilliant. We had a very heavy bag and staff took care of it despite the very many stairs. Welcome cocktail which is a nice touch. The room was very clean and the shower had hot water which is rare in the area. The views are fantastic, you will love the sunset. Dinner was good (very yummy coconut rice) and they even asked whether we wanted our red wine at room temperature (they tend to serve it cold in Colombia). Good breakfast. Close to Tayrona Park which avoids having to do a long drive. Hotel helped us organise our taxi requirements.

The view from the restaurant is stunning, the personnel is friendly.

The ecolodge is next to a busy road. We needed the sound of the airco in order not to hear the trucks during the nights. Maybe if you have room a room at the back of the resort, it will be a little bit better.

Nice rooms but expected the rooms a bit more luxury for the price. The mosquito nets around the beds didnt close and had holes in it

From the moment we arrived we had a great stay. In fact, before that, as advance communications were great and confirmation that our dietary requirements could be met. Excellent information on arrival, a lovely room, fantastic terrace with sunsets and birds and cocktails, great food - and wonderful help with everything. Nothing was hard, everything was easy and smooth and no problem.

The view is amazing, the staff extremely friendly. Most people who come here visit Parque Tayrona, we were given good tips about visiting the park. If you need anything at all, just ask! Highly recommend a visit here.

Great Place

The views were incredible! The staff, especially Santiago, was super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed the minute I arrived. The food available at the lodge was delicious and reasonably priced. It was very convenient to have a variety of options on sight. Tayrona Park entrance is less than 2km away (15-20 minute walk). The vibe is very relaxing, with not too many people at the lodge during the day, if you just want to chill. I booked a massage and it was AMAZING!

The wifi in the bedroom was hit or miss, but very good connection in the main area. Being a solo traveler, I would have enjoyed a TV in the bedroom during the evening.

The location and views of the mountains were stunning and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is a wonderful place. The views are amazing. I loved my hut - loads of privacy and a hammock to relax in. The restaurant is good - great views and good food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very clean and refreshing.

From my room there was a lot of noise from the nearby hostel in the evening (they turned the music off before 10 though). There was also some road noise. The walk to the Tayrona entrance isn't very pleasant - lots of trucks go along that road.

Our experience was great. We were greeted by Santiago who helped us with our bags and greeted us with fresh juice. Our room was big with nice furniture, AC, a fan, and a little porch with a hammock. Everything was very tasteful and nice. The food and drinks were great for every meal and happy hour was a bonus. The pool was small but perfect for the amount of people— nothing was ever busy and the staff was so attentive to our needs I can’t say enough good things about them- especially Santiago, he was so helpful in every aspect of our stay, from concierge, to dinner service, to helping with translation he could do it all. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

Superb location. Situated on the top of a small green hill, with great views and at walking distance from the El Zaino entrance, which allows you to get to Tayrona NP early in the morning, way before the big crowds do Away from busy Santa Marta, well worth the taxi ride to get there (they can help you in organizing this) Friendly and helpful hosts, that take care of all you need. Sebastian's English is perfect, although he disagrees ;-) All-in-one place: restaurant, bar, swimming pool, garden etc Great massage service, which was more than welcome after the donkey ride back from Cabo San Juan Cozy rooms, with a nice balcony to sit on, rain-proof! This place was a dream come true! So beautiful with incredible views and amenities. All of the staff was wonderful but Santiago was so kind, warm and the most welcoming and helpful. He had wonderful advice about what to do in the area.

The resort is very beautiful and offers amazing views. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The pool is relaxing, the restaurant is amazing to sit in and just look out at the valley and mountains. The food is good and the staff is very friendly!

The checkout took quite a bit longer because of signal problems which caused us to almost be late for our flight check-in. It's a minor detail, but important to know if you pay with card.
