Le stanze sono nuove, grandi e pulite. C'è un ristorante a buffet e uno molto più buono alla carta. La colazione a buffet è buona e offre molta scelta. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

La piscina non è utilizzabile in ottobre (anche se c'era caldissimo). Ho chiesto la colazione in camera e si sono dimenticati.

I didn't like the location of the room because it is located in front of the the pool and in one of the nights music was played too loud that you can't pray or sleep

The staff we very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are largely renovated. However, there was a distinct smell of sweage on our floor everyday (3rd floor) which was very unfortunate. The shower also just continually smelt of pee, I'm not sure if this is all linked to a drainage issue but it makes the stay a little unbearable when it could have been much more comfortable with out this. Breakfast was very bad. I would not recommend you paying the extra money to get it. Very plain and basic with little flavours or hot food selection.

The surrounding vicinity is not attractive and possible amenities are scarce and on Sunday there was hardly any shops

I arrived late at night at the hotel. I was greeted by the receptionist and the process was quick and the receptionist even accompanied me to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI was free and the connection in the room was good. There is an a la carte restaurant within the hotel (L' Atelier) which has very good food and is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The room was nice and spacious, very clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming and the food was great, espcially breakfast.

The business center is lacking and there are no comfortable chairs in the hotel on which to work. Just couches or the room chair.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip El Mechtel , rooms have average size but very clean and cozy, Bed was really comfortable , Staff was really helpful from reception to room service , Mr Reda at reception was really welcoming and was really helpful very professional gentleman, We would highly recommend this hotel if you coming for business trip as it is very near from city center and all facilities

We didn't like the Italian restaurant at the hotel , we ordered one spaghetti sea food and one pizza margarita both were tasteless and has no flavors, price was high compare to the quality of food they offer

The hotel also calms and quiet. The cashier staff named Siham in the reception she is very friendly & helpful. housekeeping staff also nice teams and every morning they will pass by your room to clean in and change the towels.

I didn't like that I have paid for the breakfast and every morning i been asked how I do want to pay? and until i told them that i paid already then, they keep asking next day again and again. another day at 9am i found the restaurant closed when I want to take my breakfast which should be closed by 10am only. the waiter has no clue on the breakfast timing and when i asked him why closing so early? later on, another female came, and she allow me to take my breakfast and until now i dint know why they are stopping people and closing the Restautant's door? even though i paid my room including with breakfast meal. i think there no communication between the reception-cashier and the restaurant. improve the breakfast in the morning and they have limited choice.

Smell of the room wasn't pleasant. Located in very crowded place. Parking areas are very limited.

on my second night the sink clogged up and I reported it in the morning when we left for sightseeing. When we got back in the evening the room was cleaned but the sink still had the water from the blockage. So I reported it again when we left for the day and when we got back it was STILL BLOCKED and the room was cleaned.

the night shift Reception were not polite.I asked them some questions, but they didn't pay attention. Also the swimming pool closed even no seats around to have seat.
