the hotel was beautiful and super clean and very friendly staff at the restaurant areas

I booked room for 4 people two adults and two children and they have a room with one bed to fit two people while ir was written an extra double bed would be provided how they expected 4 people to sleep in one bed and they charged me 100 $ for a single person extra bed. That was real not fair

Of all the hotels I have visited before, Johari breakfast was above them.

Very nice design in general. Clean. Nice view. Beautiful rooms and wonderful restrooms. Food tasted excellent. Very luxurious. Pleasant staff in cafeteria in lobby.

-We were asked 3 times how we liked our food in a restaurant by 3 different people. -A massage therapist asked us to come there for massage several times, before and after he showed way to restaurant. Seemed a little too much salesoriented and this actually discouraged us to go there. -The person who took the order in the restaurant, was not so efficient in English so we had to correct her to make sure the french fries were upgraded to truffles, instead of giving two different french fries to me. It was also irritating when she was standing behind our table for several minutes observing us like if she had something to tell us. -One of the buttons to the toilet didn't work (small flush).
