Excellent everything, especially the dinner and breakfast. We are very glad we chose to stay here.

The bed, nothing else.

Room size was hardly larger than a broom cupboard. Bathroom scruffy. Little room to step into bath to have a shower which was over the bath. Reception staff on arrival were not welcoming. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible, over cooked. Had to cook own toast and when it was done breakfast was cold. Croissant was in individual packets and was moldy. It said on packet eat on day of purchase. When pointed out to staff they apologised and agreed that they had not been purchased that morning. Another croissant was brought out and I was told it was fresh. When the packet was opened it was solid in the middle and not edible. No one on reception to feed back too.

Friendly staff, good choice of food

We stayed B&B in a Superior Twin room, which was of good size and recently renovated (USB power sockets etc.). We experienced very polite and attentive service. We'd not hesitate to stay there again.

they charged the credit card before checkin time was hours away…. we wanted to use a different card! and prices were cheaper that day!

Comfortable beds. Good food

The staff the one man in particular was on the reception and the bar as we had arrived late. His manner and service was excellent. Provided colouring for our young child. Dinner and breakfast was very good.

Only slight issue was little choice of food for dinner for vegan for my mother in law otherwise no issues.

Breakfast was good as was the room, Staff were friendly and chatty especially in the evenings when using the bar.

Very little to dislike but if there was one criticism it would the be the food in the evenings. A little basic.

Everything worked fine. The staff were pleasant. Mull is a brilliant place and Tobermory a good place to stay. Nothing was wrong with the hotel and we enjoyed ourselves for 4 days there. The breakfasts were good.

The room was small and quite basic. The decor was rather dull and grey. There wasn't a lot of space to put our things - hardly any shelves or drawers. But it was perfectly adequate and we enjoyed ourselves.

Breakfast was poor asked for toast with bacon and scrambled eggs…got 1 slice small brown toast a couple scoops of egg and 1 small rasher of bacon…😩not exactly fighting breakfast for a working man that’s what I get for trying to be a bit healthier should have got a full English 👍

Got a twin room singles beds the bed was uncomfortable mattress a bit lumpy prob cos I am use to super king bed at home with memory foam mattress.
