Great location, clean, I slept very well, breakfast is nice, good service by the man at the reception.

A bit outdated

Assolutamente al top per posizione e colazione... Mooolto carente la pulizia della camera.. Peccato avrebbe raggiunto la perfezione. Ma un attimino di attenzione in più per la pulizia della camera era indispensabile.

Pulizia... Con 5 min di aspirapolvere sotto i letti e nel bagno avrebbe soddisfatto ogni requisito.

Some would say it looks old but I like its character. The room is large and super happy with the bath. The bed is good, the sound isolation works and is necessarily in this part of the town. Very well located re: public transport, walking distance from the Charles Bridge and Castle and the parcs. After sometime the place feels like home with the kind personnel.

The location is one of the most busiest part of the old center so expect many sirenes from police cars passing by.

Das Frühstüch war überragend, abwechslungsreich, Obstsalat und Apfelstrudel, alles mehr als man für 3 Steren erwarten kann. Dazu eine sehr schöne Athmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein in Prag. 6 Strassenbahnlinien vor der Tür, und genau 5 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Karlsbrücke. Das Zimmer war klein, aber nett eingerichtet. Man braucht in Prag kein grosses Zimmer, weil man ja draussen ist. Es passte einfach alles zusammen, altes Haus, Stadtzentrum, keine modernen Möbel, aber alles super sauber. Dazu ein hervorragendes Restaurant, mit böhmisher Küche, und mit Rabatt für die Hausgäste. Einfach perfekt.

Naja, Treppensteigen ist für 80-jährige schon mal ein Problem. Nimmt man aber in Kauf, wenn alles andere gut ist.

La vicinanza al bellissimo centro storico di Praga. L'Hotel è nel centro di Praga a pochi minuti dal Ponte Carlo e quindi non servono mezzi pubblici per visitare il centro. In ogni caso Praga è servita da una rete capillare ed efficace di mezzi pubblici, dalla metropolitana ai filobus ed autobus oltre che taxi e altri servizi privati di trasporto a prezzi modici. Buona colazione abbondante e diversificata per tutte le esigenze. C'è la possibilità di pranzare o cenare all'adiacente ristorante dell'Hotel con un prezzo scontato. Il cibo è buono e curato. Personale disponibile e gentile.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava e la stanza era freddina. Chiesto due volte alla reception di sistemarla ma ricevuto risposta che tutto era automatizzato ma comunque non risolto il problema.

Old-style historic Prague building and room decorations. Huge room (or actually 2 rooms) on the 1st floor. Excellent location close to the Charles bridge, restaurants, public transport, yet not in the busiest part of Prague. Air conditioning helped a lot as it was very hot. 2 big double beds + 2 tables & chairs + a sofa + an extra bed (there were also 2 cots for babies in the room). Nice view to 2 directions. Very nice restaurant with very nice staff, with delicious food & drinks. Nice terrace in front of the hotel. Modern spacious bathroom. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, some a bit less.

No fridge in the room (it was very hot so it would have been nice to have a cold drink in the room). Beds were hard, but pillows were good. A transparent sliding door to the bathroom - luckily the door gave to the entrance so it did not matter so much; even with family, some more privacy would have been appreciated. No shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got easily soaked. Breakfast did not offer much variety.
