Bed was comfortable

Not worth $330.00 a night. The following nights cost was only $144.00 Shame on the motel for rising the cost by 200% Shower curtains in the bathroom were dirty. Shower curtains in the bedroom were dirty. (Not blockout curtains) Floor behind toilet was dirty. Hand prints on the wall near the beds. Pool closes at 7pm, that's disappointing. Permanent residents reside on the property doing drug dealings. Never again

The apartment was easy to find and a great central location for our visit . The room although older was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was charged twice for the room but was contacted about this and the overcharge was repaid. We even stayed an extra day and the staff member who helped with this on a Sunday was great and made it easy.

I found everything fine nothing to complain about.

Friendly, warm kind and caring and staff. The lady out front went above and beyond to help me check in for an unexpected stay whilst my partner stayed in hospital.

Bed was comfortable and unit was clean.

Shower screen broken....door wouldn't open without having to straighten the frame to line it up. Curtains looked like they had been used as a dropsheet while painting, then rehung. Toilet bowl is cracked. Hot water tap in the shower leaks when turned on...(this may cause problems in the wall)

Location is good close to broadwater and close to bus stops

Not really a property if you have small kids. Just taking your things upstairs is a bit hard.
