Location was perfect right next to the metro. Lovely places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel bar is a bonus. Staff friendly. Very appealing hotel inside and out.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable we've slept in. Very little natural light but the room and bathroom itself is very stylish.

Location, room and bed..Terrace upstairs was a great space to take a break.

Didn't realise Windows would be internal but no real issue.

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and extremely functional. The bathroom was spacious and shower amenities were provided. We really liked the balcony opening out into the plaza, it was a nice view. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Location was great as the subway stop is a 2 minute away.

Attractive exterior and modern atrium breakfast room. Easy ac cess to metro. Pleasant staff were helpful but a little reserved perhaps because they were behind a desk and not fully fluent in English. Waiter was attentive at breakfast.

Front door has no handle so you just push it open. Not obvious and luckily someone came out so we skipped in. Breakfast offers a good range of cold meats, cheese and fruit to add to cereals or yoghurt. Hot option is fairly basic. Bathroom is large and well fitted but no storage or shelf space. Couldn't get rain shower to work. Lots of grab handles for elderly.

Gym could be bigger and better equipped. Would like tea/coffee facilities in the room. Rooms quite small and very warm - then got too cold even with AC on its lowest setting

Staff is super welcoming. The hotel is in the city center so makes it easy to navigate. Room was big and very clean, well furnished with all necessary facilities.

The room was a bit time-worn, and it was lacking essential things such as a toilet brush. The terrace is pretty small. In general, it looked to me more a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 one.

The floor in our room was not properly cleaned. There was quite some dust under the bed and in some corners.
