Really upscale facilities. Breakfast buffet I really liked. Valet parking. They did upcharge for my big dog but that's nothing new. At least they let him stay

we had a reservation and when we got there, they said that they couldn't found our reservation, so they didn't give us a room, they were rude. so we had to go and find an other place to stay a 11:00pm. The place is old and stinks

Staff at entry asking about not having entry of free brakefast all the way to my table and confronting me about that I had to live table because she was back and fort confronting me.

Confrontation about if I had free brakefast or not around other people making me fill terrible.

the facility’s it’s confortable and clean. fresh and big rooms the food delicious and the personal very friendly I be thankful for the great service

the outlet for charge phone it’s only like 4 , if I have more than one electronics it’s the inconvenient

The Hotel Is really nice & clean. The Staff is really professional & friendly .The Staff provided excellent service.

Everything was perfect. Location is good. Wifi is good. It has a parking lot which makes things easier if you drive there. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

The receptionist at night seemed like a person who hates his job (or had a really bad day). He was pushing us to get a bigger and more expensive room and that the one we looked at booking.com was unavailable, he argued for this 3 times, telling us we couldn't get the room. In the end the room and rate we wanted was available. But no need for staff to push you to spend more for a room with an extra bed you won't even use.

The location of this hotel is very good. The staff has been very nice to me. The check-in and checkout worked very well.

There is no way the hotel lives up to its four stars. It's a very simple two-star hotel, so don't expect any type of luxury. I had a small, outdated room with no sunlight and very old bathroom, not recommended to anyone until they accept they are not 4 stars.
