The neighbourhood is built on modern solid platforms on a nice lagoon-like bay. Trams are close and you are directly connected to the center. There is a big common space with couch, kitchen and tables. All basic house commodities are available (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, oil etc...) The mood is chill and friendly and the house is clean. I was offered homemade pizza as soon as arrived, but I don't know if that's common practice :) Three rooms available, and the host was upstairs. Toilet and bathroom are common with other guests, yet very clean and spacious. Will come back next time!

You may hear a bit of noise from other guests, but generally very quiet and cosy.

The sound isolation could be better. If somebody is awake in the corridor, you can hear it and if you want to sleep longer, it’s difficult

Very friendly welcome, nice place, well located with direct access to Amsterdam center through tramway.

We were having some doubt with the fact to share the appartment but it's well managed and we felt very comfortable.

Gorgeous little floating house in a peaceful area outside central Amsterdam. The host was so lovely and kind (I got a coffee and some delicious pastries while waiting for my room to be ready!), the room and bathroom were great (it's a shared bathroom but it's spotlessly clean and has space for you to keep your toiletries which is really nice), but the real bonus is that it's on a lake you can swim in - a really delightful early morning dip before a flight from Schiphol! It's located close to a really good restaurant and some shops, but central Amsterdam is just a 15 minute tram ride away so it's really convenient. A perfect place to escape the chaos of the centre. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Very cool design, unique floating house. Good location for the tram into the city centre. Friendly and welcoming host who took good care of us and made checking in and out extremely easy.

The floating villa aspect of La Corte Sconte B&B is what makes it so special but the host is also really welcoming. A lovely person who makes you feel at home straight away. He highlighted all the places to visit and the good restaurants in the area. He is charming. A great experience!

Excellent stay in Amsterdam, highly recommended! Floating houses in a lake. Tram station at walking distance. Super friendly host with Italian heart will welcome you!

The owner was very kind. She gave me a coffee in the morning. The location is at 10 min with the tram from the Central station. Clean bathroom with bathtub.

Being on the water, the room had some mold on the walls. The room was below pontoon, so the windows weren't big. For the money I've payed, it's not worth it. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything.

Superb B&B experience! We were in Amsterdam for a 2 night stay and La Corte Sconta was perfect for what we were looking for: a homey place with easy accessibility to the city. We booked all 3 rooms as were travelling in a group so the arrangement of the shared bathroom and toilet suited us well. The beds were quite comfortable and each room had a mini breakfast bar with tea and coffee. We also got some great restaurant recommendations so all in all, great experience!

Due to the unique location there was some mold in one the rooms but the hosts addressed the issue as soon as it was pointed out.
