The people are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely.

The shower for one room didn't work. Although the others did- we had 3 rooms. Accommodation was very basic.

for Nairobi a very comfortable option good atmosphere rooftop !

The room was clean.

The basin in the bathroom was very very small. The mirror in the room was on the floor. The bathroom door would not close. The evening staff when I checked in were too busy watching football on their phones. The receptionist was serving me and than somebody else came and he left me and checked him in before returning to me. For dinner they ran out of potatoes . You got to laugh .

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop is a nice place to cool down in the evening.

The rooms are very warm.

There wasn't water in the room toilet when we arrived, the place is very noisy and there are a lots of mosquitoes. I couldn't sleep well overnight.

Mrs. Peris is a guarantee of accueil and kindness. Very reliable in her touristic suggestions and very friendly and supportive with respect to any need you may have. Food is varied, abundant and excellent. Staff friendly and supportive.

The only good things are the rooftop and the woman that works in the travel office which was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is close to the center, but in a bad area where i didn't feel safe to walk even during the day. The room was very small, the mosquitos net was useless as not closing well and with holes. The bed sheets didn't seem very clean. The first day i didn't have water in the shower, they repaired the same day. The day after i had only cold water in the shower. When i left the place they told me that i should have turn on the water heater (but they didn't told me when I checked in). I always had "belly problems" right after the Breakfast. I really don't understand how this place get so many good reviews on Booking.

the roof top is perfect for relax in the morning or in the evening , the staff was really nice

Interesting architecture with everything built around an inner ward with different staircases. Wonderful roof terrace where you get breakfast. Laundry service was exceptional and well worth the price. Breakfast has good standard. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place can get a bit noisy at times because of how it is built. Dinner was nothing to write home about, had that only once.

location was good, the communication prior to arrival was fine, pick up from the airport worked well.

three nights we did not have hot water to shower, we asked for help but they did not make any effort to fix it. they suggested us the first day to shower in another room but unless this the other days we could not shower: not only because of the hot water but because no water was running.

Location, stayed just for the night, just went out to a nearby supermarket and one of the staff had to come with me. Doggy surroundings You coul hear the planes inside your room The bathroom was full of mosquitos

Maybe it is very dark at night, not so many places to eat around and they should have some uber drivers that can recommend you to make the mobilization easier, especially at night.

there is a lot to say about this property. + airport shuttle, food not bad, most of staff where friendly, hot water Im a traveller and not a tourist and i accept most of the things most people do not but if they say that that is good im sorry i come from the same buisness as a host of an Air bnb and this is not even close to being acceptable. The only two things that were great are the desk staff and the shuttle service driver that took me to the airport. They were amazing. One last thing, and this in general for Kenya and Tanzania - dont keep looking at tourists as money machines.
