Ideal location for visiting Rouen especially if arriving by train. Facilities were good.

Apartment was very small and access around the bed settee was difficult at night.

Location and a cozy place

Check in time is 3pm. Though it is written when we booked it, there are no options to even leave your luggage. So a bit inconvenient to walk around with bags.

The apartment was not clean, and the vacuum cleaner was not working. We called, and they said someone was going to clean. To our surprise, we got a new vacuum cleaner to clean ourselves. My wife had an allergic reaction to the dust.

very cute and comfy for one person. well equipped and in an excellent location. the ground floor was very welcoming. I loved the security of the building’s huge front door into the courtyard from the street with only resident approved entrance.

Clean and comfortable little studio walking distance from Rive Droite station and other amazing historic attractions! Judging by previous reviews the owner has made leaps and bounds upgrading the property to be more comfortable for clients such as installing a high speed wifi network. Highly impressed.

No kettle! Sofa bed squeaks/ takes up most of the room when opened- had to crawl over it to get to the bathroom so if you have mobility issues, I suggest you look elsewhere.

- no kettle, you have to boil the water in the pot - WiFi is week - there are no instructions for not very intuitive heaters - - there is dust everywhere, so for an allergic person it might be a problem - there is also an extremely soft mattress in the folded sofa bed

Sofabed is uncomfortable as a sofa. As I am a Senior, sofa is heavy and difficult to convert to bed. Apartment is extremely small. Guest is informed to clean.. wash dishes, remove sheets and towels and take garbage out.Guest service is just average. I sent email asking for help from owner with making a call to request taxi to train station and was told that they do not do that. And that I could call or walk 10 minutes to train station. With 3 pieces of luggage at 8am and rain threatening, I did not want to walk. I arranged for Uber which is excellent.

Very nice stylish modern apartment, clean, very close to the city center (all main tourist attractions are accessible by foot). Kitchen is well equipped (microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, cooking plates, etc.), modern. Owners provided all instructions how to reach the apartment and take the keys, so it was very easy. Owners are rapidly answering phone calls in case of any questions. Good choice in terms of price/quality ratio.

No kettle. No shower gel and shampoo (soap is available). Relatively weak Wifi (sometimes disappears). As there is no window in the bathroom there is some smell of humidity inside the bathroom.

three things would have made it close to perfect: a kettle, a bathroom shelf that is level and not sloping to the front (so that items risk sliding off) and …. unfortunately there was a near-constant chewing / crunching sound from behind the wooden headboard which we recorded, and which we think might be some sort of wood-eating insect - and which can make going to sleep tricky for those who don’t just drop off straightaway.

Easy to arrive with the keys in a key lock. Good location in the center of Rouen. A little bit small but this is what we expected.

Bed squeaks a lot and the host didn't respond to our message about this anymore after arriving at the property. Not a lot of hot water in the shower unless you put on the boost function.

it was very central and clean! we were able to walk around the city center and from the station to the room it took only 10 minutes by walking. the room was very clean too and we found in there everything we needed

Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all and the bed base made a lot of noise with every little movement.

Great location, easy to access. Received all the necessary information before check in time. The kitchen is equiped with basic items. Possible to cook simple meals or heat up food.
