The property was very well located for my needs, excellantly maintained, clean and comfy. The level of detail for things included in the room go far beyond expectations. Selection of Teas and coffee in room, snacks and large choice of TV channels. I can highly recommend.
You seem to go past the building when following the Sat Nav, but have faith it does get you to the correct location.

The room was clean and there was tea, coffee and a pain au Chocolat. Parking is also free on the road. The host was lovely and welcoming. The nights sleep would have been super comfortable if it wasn't so warm as the sheets and pillows were great! The location was great as it was so close to a pub, McDonald's, five guys, taco bell, KFC, wagamama and more! We stayed one night and would be back again.
It was difficult to find. The rooms were quite warm which is good for some people but was a bit too hot for me. The room downstairs has a toilet and shower but you have to leave your room to get to it. The other rooms however have a shower and toilet as an ensuite. The shower was really powerful and was lovely and warm though. The hotel is about 30-35 min walk into the town centre but we knew this when we booked.

Nice decor and nice en-suite bathroom, good location within proximity to shops
The stench and stains from the bed was awful! Bedsheets/spreads seem to have not been changed between guests. Pillow cases were stained and wreaking with bad odour!
The mattress /cover , duvet and bedsheet was very smelly with sweat and body odour and seem to have not been changed for ages! Very awful and uncomfortable !!

Second time of staying here,suited my needs perfectly,once again I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom which went smoothly
Shower in shared bathroom doesn’t seem to have an adjustable shower head which can be difficult to navigate without getting water all over the floor

advertised as an en suite bathroom, it was a separate room, yes all mine but not en suite.

I did struggle to find the property but that was down to not knowing the area not the guest house. I thought the young lady that welcomed me on arrival was very polite, and very helpful. I was greeted and shown to my room and was explained to about the situation with shared bathroom and facilities. The room was very clean and tidy, and very quiet to be able to relax and get a good nights sleep.

Big bed, spacious room and nice quirky decor :). Irina the host was warm and welcoming. We will be back next time we are in Northampton :)

unreal i stayed here to watch the rugby cheacked in at 7 after the game room was lovely . qwick 5 hours sleep and set off back down the road to watch more rugby . get a tex to say i have stole a pillow yea a pillow . and try charge me £48 SHAME AS IT WAS A LOVELY ROOM . NEVER AGIAN

It was very clean, quiet and felt safe. I liked the decor. I had a double room (Juliette) to myself and, although on the small side, was fine for me. Bed was comfy and I got a good night’s sleep. Biggest mirror ever! I was made very welcome by the owner.
It was a bit tricky to find at first, even though it’s obvious once you know (first house as you turn off the roundabout) and I wasn’t initially sure where to park (you can’t park on the main road outside - you have to drive down a couple of roads on the estate to get to almost outside the house but in the parking area on the estate).
