Neu gelistete 1 BR / 1BA Wohnung befindet sich innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Sanford Stadium und ganz in der Nähe des Campus und der Innenstadt von Athen. Seltener Fund für die kommende Fußballsaison. Parken abseits der Straße (sehr ungewöhnlich für die Nähe zum Campus). Geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Unsere Einheit steht Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts zu 100% zur Verfügung. Das kürzlich renovierte Hotel verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche und ein brandneues Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Für vier Personen mit Queensize-Bett im geräumigen Schlafzimmer und Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Beinhaltet schnelles WLAN und Kabel mit 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen auch eine stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner zur Verfügung. Wohnung im ersten Stock hat Veranda mit Blick auf abgelegene Rasenfläche - großer Außenraum für Treffen vor dem Spiel. Haustierfreundlich!

We stayed in this cute, updated condo for parents weekend for our daughters sorority. Condo is in a great location within walking distance to campus, restaurants and most sorority/frat houses. It was very clean, comfy bed, washer/dryer and kitchen utensils(pots/pans/dishes etc). Ken was easy to work with and responded very timely. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for visiting out UGA student. Communication with our host was great and literally a five minute walk to her dorm (Black Diallo Miller) & close to everything that we needed and wanted! The pet policy-including an awesome back yard-allowed us to bring our dog to visit our student, who was missing her pets. We made breakfast & dinner at home, and the kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the unit was spotless! We will ABSOLUTELY stay at this gem again in the future!

Great location to UGA & Historic District
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great! We could walk to UGA and the surrounding historic district, which as lined with trees and charming houses. The property was well laid out with everything you need in the kitchen and bath. It was updated with nice finishes and the bed and living area are very comfortable. The grassy area in the rear was great for our pup! We'll definitely stay here again!
