It was overall very nice. While a deeper cleaning would be nice, it was overall a nice place.

Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as there was a slow moving tropical storm that came thru causing rain and high winds the entire week of our stay. So we spent a little more time in the condo than w wanted. Location is perfect as it was within 20 minutes of almost all the attractions we wanted to see. Kitchen is large and well stocked. View was good and back balcony was nice. If I had to complain about anything it would be the sectional couch as it was very uncomfortable. But we would definitely stay here again as it would have been perfect with better weather.

The place was overall great. The beaches were not too crowded and it was in a good location. The parking lot however is pretty small ecspecially for big trucks. The building is also small compared to the ones next to it and the pool was disappointing in my opinion. The pool was small and basic, it is also a saltwater pool. The room is actually nice but was not as clean as it should have been. The washer and dryer takes literally half the day to wash and dry 1 very small load of laundry. You have to dry them twice which takes 4 hours.

Everything about our week was very enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable and convenient. The ocean and pool were only steps away. Everyone staring there were very respectful and nice.

Condo was in a great location. The condo was not cleaned well, there was sand on the floor and in the closet upon arrival. The washer/dryer combo was a nightmare, it took more then 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry.

Clean. Meets expectations. But that’s not what vacationers to beautiful Myrtle Beach want. More upfront info about on-site and neighboring affiliated condo amenities, as well as area food, shopping, and entertainment recommendations, and information about handicap accessibility resources would have made our stay so much better. We could write our own renter advice after a week figuring it out for ourselves. Invest in family spaces. Replace broken furniture. Upgrade pillows. Provide the things that make a vacation enjoyable.

This condo is in a very good location and the owner's decorations are very tasteful and enjoyable. Unfortunately for them, the cleaning staff is letting them down. The condo was unlocked when we arrived, there was a container of food in the microwave that had probably been there a couple of days, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed and it was obvious they had not been mopped for quite some time, the shower and tub had not been scrubbed, and there were food wrappers and crumbs on the deck.

My friend and I have birthdays 3 days apart and decided to hit Myrtle Beach this year. We loved this rental! We spent so much time on the patio. This is a nice location for families and the management company was so communicative with us when there was a power outage. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We just finished a 2 week stay at Carolina Dunes. The unit was comfortable, even when 6 people were there. Everyone seemed pleased with the comfort of the beds. Access to the beach was great. The building seems well maintained; in talking with one of the unit owners I was happy to hear that the condo association has been proactive in maintaining the structural integrity of the building - there are other buildings nearby that have been shut down because of problems. The unit was a little short of tableware for 6 people, the property manager was quick to supply more. One item that we were disappointed with was the replacement of full size washer and dryer with a combination unit that had a very long cycle time. So we had to stay on top of doing laundry, as a result we were doing loads every day. That minor inconvenience aside, we had a great time!

Stayed at these condos prior just a different unit. The complex and unit very nice. The kitchen needed a few more medium/large bowls but overall set up nicely with everything you need for a long stay. The master bath could use towel racks or something to hang a damp towel but no big deal. I would definitely stay there again and the unit before a few years back was just as nice. You can walk to places to eat or get a drink and this time of year the beach was great not crowded like summer. People did swim but water was to cool for me, we could do knees down.

This property is just as listing describes. Check in process was very simple-enter code and enter condo. The space is very roomy. Master bedroom is very large with super nice master bathroom with wall in shower. Condo sits right on the beach with easy access on and off. The pool is right off the beach with outdoor shower area. There is a chair and umbrella rental group that sets up every morning-$45 per day for 2 chairs and umbrella. Condo also has a closet full of chairs. Condo is in the north side and quiet. Minutes drive to all attractions as well as grocery store and restaurants. This is a must stay for sure!! If you are looking for great seafood try Mr. Fish amazing food also like a 2 minute drive!! We absolutely loved waking up every morning sitting on balcony drinking coffee and watching the waves. Condo is stocked with everything you need along with washer and dryer for washing towels and swimsuits. AC tan perfect everything worked as it should. I VRBO several times a year and this was one of my favs!! You will definitely get your moneys worth and won’t want to leave. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!! We will definitely return to this location next time!!

Our stay here was great! When we arrived to check into our unit, there was a security guard on duty for the holiday weekend. My husband and I enjoyed taking in the beautiful oceanfront view while having our morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. The property itself was well maintained and the condo was extremely clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were steps from the beach making it very easy to get to. We had an issue with the lock on our door not working properly, but we called to report it and someone from maintenance promptly came to replace the battery. Other than that, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Condo on the beach
Fantastic location; spacious rooms; amazing view. Only drawback with this particle unit was that we rented for a full week and were provided with only 1 kitchen trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper. On the surface the unit seemed clean but at the end of our stay, we swept and found old trash under beds & furniture. One of the beds had bad stains on a pillow and mattress pad that looked like mold stains.

Perfect Location
This condo is just as advertised. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and in the perfect location. We were close to everything but not in the middle of MB nightlife which can be noisy as well as dangerous. All of the people we met (including some owners of the other units) were so nice. The pool was great with plenty of seating and the beach was just steps away. Can’t wait to return!

Clean place with great view
This is a well decorated and located unit. I love the fact the condo building has a lot of green space with a small pool instead of a resort or even theme park style area. The neighborhood is a nice area too, with a lot of beautiful homes to walk by if you care to take a stroll. The beach is typical Myrtle Beach, which is spacious and clean.
