This is a very well managed and good value business hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and very healthy with changing dishes every day. Kudos to the chef! I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful, in particular Kevin and Wacky who both went out of their way to provide a fantastic service.

Good selection for breakfast. Clean place, with kind staff. Our requests were met in a timely fashion. Kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the lounge area. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat local food.

Sauna wasn't working, however steam room was. Front door didn't shut properly, you had to lift the door to lock it which was a small inconvenience, however over all a good place to stay. Not much to complain about.

The location was convenient. There were lots of restaurants, convenience stores. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were helpful despite their language limitation. They helped me a lot.

Went to the breakfast around 10 AM, and lot of food seemed to be gone already despite the time for breakfast was until noon.

The hairdryer needs to be replaced ,it's not a very good quality .

This was a really good spot for the money. It even had a small kitchen if you wanted to cook. Very comfortable and roomy. Really good breakfast with lots of options. The manager could speak good English and others basic English. Not super central and the subway was about a 10-15 minute walk but really not that bad. I doubt there is anything of such quality and affordability closer to downtown for foreigners unless you book really far ahead during the summer holiday season.

Slightly distant from public transport.

The room was large and very comfortable. It includes a small kitchenette, which was very useful. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. Amenities were provided each day. Everything was very clean. There are washing machines and dryers provided for free along with a gym and sauna. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, but the room was very quiet at night. The closest metro is about a 15min walk away. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would highly recommend it to visitors coming to Xi'an.

The location was great, super convenient. Being able to cook in the room made it a luxury due to the pollution outside during the time we stayed.

They did not care about their facilities. Kids were not monitored and rubbished common area regularly.
