Elevator, I’m handicapped, booked on 3rd floor.. crawled up stairs

Location: The hotel's location is excellent. Despite being in the center of the city, I didn't hear any noisy sounds that would disturb my sleep, which was a pleasant surprise. Room interior: The room interior matched the photos provided. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the cleanliness of the rooms, as they could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Hotel staff: The hotel staff members were outstanding. They were exceptionally helpful and responsive, attending to all of my questions and needs promptly. Their service throughout my stay was excellent.

The level of cleanliness in the room

The only good about this hotel was the location. Very central in Maastricht.

It was the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed. It was not mopped. Super dusty! The toilet and the shower were super dirty and the sink was clogging. It looked as if nobody had ever cleaned it for months! Such a shame. With that location and only some effort it could have been a cute boutique hotel. Unfortunately, we read the reviews on Google only after we arrived. So, we didn't bother informing the reception. They didn't even ask us how our stay was. I guess they knew.

The location is amazing

Dust on the lamps and the windows could use some maintenance.

Great location, right in the center. Had a room looking out the inner courtyard, so no issue with any outside noise. Spacious room, very clean, heats up very quickly.

No soundproofing, you can hear everything from the hallway, people going up and into their rooms, doors closing, etc.

I found the breakfast quite expensive for what we get no warm dish no good bread

the hotel was the prefect location

there was no battery in the safe and when asked for a new one was told there was none . was there for a week and had no one in to clean room or make up bed . asked for a change of towels but it never happened
