Top location, very close to the funicular.
The hotel has a special zone for kids with a small swimming pool and great play zone, which is quite useful.
The zone with a fireplace on the first floor probably is the best in the town for relaxing with a cocktail in the evening.
The gym size, quality and condition is just a shame for an hotel that pretends to be 5 stars.
Torn seats, old materials...unacceptable.
Formally there are 3 restaurants, which is not true:
there is a general zone for breakfast which in the evening is being divided on three "restaurants".
It's impossible to connect to wifi through a standard process,
so you have to call to the reception and they will tell you 6-7 digits code.
In general, it seems like a typical approach when once installed services are not maintained.
Which is not adequate if we compare it to the price and the declared level.
Just next door there is AC Mariott with quite a different and definitely more standardised approach.
So, there is no reason to stay again at this level of price in the local-quality oriented facility.

The breakfast is amazing, the whole hotel is really good, the staff is there to make it great for you, whatever you need, they take care of it. The mini club for the kids is really good too.
Everything is a bit over priced, but is what you get in a 5 star hotel. The access to the spa swimming pool should be free.

Breakfast was fantastic you could have anything you liked. and the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. I particularly like the location of the ski lockers.

Great location. Very comfortable room. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble including helping us with arrangements to fit in an extra morning of skiing on our last day. Much appreciated.
Considering the room price of this hotel (which is more expensive than most in the area) I think parking should be free, especially during the week when the hotel is not busy. Similarly, entrance to the spa should be included - or at least a bit less expensive.
I also think they could improve the dining options. The fondue restaurant is excellent and we had a great evening there but the others all lack character and atmosphere which is a pity as it put us off even trying them. The Lobby area was particularly disappointing in terms of atmosphere and food options which was a shame as the photos of this room look fabulous on the website.

- Location was really convenient, however not charming. Our room had views to a wall literally, the restaurants windows look at a corridor. No views at all from the hotel.

- We were extremely disappointed by the fact that the spa wasn’t included in the room. We paid 900 Euros per night, and had to pay 40 euro extra per person to use the spa ?? really ? After complaining they offered us to use the spa one day, but seriously this should be included in a 5 star hotel , especially at that price point.
- Food in the 2 restaurants we tried really disappointing , lack of quality.
- Another surprise was the cost of the parking , which no one told us in our arrived to the hotel.
Being totally honest , I don’t understand how this hotel can be so well rated. Yes it is convenient and practical, just next to the ski lift, however it’s not a 5 star experience at all. You need to pay for all the extras, which I found abusive, you have the feeling of being in a mall, no views, no charm, not great good… in our case, a small room with views to a wall. We could have stay in a 3 star hotel, and the experience could have been the same.

The best location in Baqueira, as we were literally next to the ski station. The structure is beautiful and cozy, and the staff attentive and polite.
Nothing to say here, just wished I could stay longer.
