Located away from the hussle bussle of a busy centre. About 5min walk to nearest tram station with trams running every 10mins or so. 3 bed apartment was very spacious, 3 different balconies although they all backed onto main walkways. Nice leafy surroundings made it look a tropical paradise.

Our apartment was located next to an exit/entry door and at times was quite noisy. Guests passing were loud, could hear doors closing. One of the balconies backed onto the mini golf course which attracted further noise. Car port wasn't near our allocated entry door. Oven could do with being upgraded but served its purpose.

Management & staff were exceptional,My room was of high standard,must recommend this accomodation,very grateful😉🙏

They were very accommodating especially considering the fact our flight didn't land until after midnight but we were able to check in without any dramas

Location is ok - easy to get the tram. spacious apartment.

Lack of kitchen equipment in our apartment. Reception always closed and very pushy/threatening with check in procedure etc.

The apartment was a good size the pool was nice and the hot tub

The apartment was very old and run down for the money we spent. The fridge didn't even close. Cupboards were falling apart, and none of the doors would lock. We were disappointed we were not informed there would be no parking for our car if it was taller then the car parking provided.

property was great, clean, modern, amenities were perfect.

No lifts, my client struggled up the stairs. windows, screen doors not think enough to block out the noise.

it wasn’t a high rise apartment. was nice the patio looked out to gardens. quiet.

having to carry bags up the stairs but really this couldnt be helped really understand there cant be lifts from all the basement entry exit points.

Mari Court is a lovely place to stay. The apartments are very large, the grounds are well kept and everything was lovely and clean. Although it is not in central Surfers Paradise, it is only a block from a beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool and spa area was very nice.

The only issue that I had was that the spa wasn't working on one of the days we were there but that was not the fault of the property.

complaints from people that live there like pulling out our chairs at dinner was to loud and complaining about us talking to much ☹️☹️☹️

Our unit needs a little attention, sliding screen door couldn’t get open, basin in ensuite needs a tidy around it and some towel rails as had no where to hang towels

This was great property easy to find, close to tram and bus stops.. welcoming

It takes a fair while to get your bond back..
