Muy bien localizado, cerca de la plaza del Ayuntamiento. Personal muy atento. Llegamos un poco antes del check in y nos dieron una habitación y encima mayor que la que habíamos contratado. Hotel limpio y correcto. Sin lujos pero recomendable en función de los precios en Viena. El desayuno aunque no muy variado estaba bien. La recepción cierra a las 6 de la tarde y puedes dejar las maletas en consigna hasta esa hora.

Para este nivel de hotel lo encontré todo correcto.

A very charming old hotel with an excellent breakfast. the location was great: you can walk downtown or take a train number 2 (50 m walk to the tramway station). and the staff was very friendly

we had 2 small beds pulled together instead of 1. it wasn’t ideal.

location is perfect. The manager Peter is so nice and helpful to tell you how to find a good and cheap parking place. Breakfast is great. Room is clean. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing. The cleanliness is superb! A good value for money. The hotel is highly recommended.

Location is perfect for exploring the city centre & other Bezirke. The service team is excellent, very friendly and paying attention. Breakfast good and tasty. The elevator is really an eyecatcher. And but typically for Vienna: the tap water tastes so good.

This hotel is in an excellent location and we walked everywhere. The tram was right near by too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite clean and tidy. The breeakfast was good and the room comfortable. This is a comfortable hotel and not luxury but good value for money.

There was a little mould on some of the bathroom tiles. The hotel reception is not maned at night and there is only someone there until 6pm. There was a number to call in case of emergency though.

Wery good location — just a couple of minutes to a lot of attractions, but very quiet. Breakfast was great. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Only one strange thing: you have to open the elevator's door very fast. Just a second and it will go to the other floor. And you will go with it.
